GoogleWe sold our house through Sparks Ellison and the whole team were great. We were in a chain of 7 so it was a pretty long and stressful process, but we really felt like they were on our side every step of the way and they did some pretty complicated negotiating on our behalf too. Would definitely recommend them.

GoogleBad experience dealing with them. Not even convinced if they had been conveying our offers to the seller as they did not agree with what we'd offered and considered it 'too low'. They will resort to belittling you to try and push you to increase your offers (so that they may get more commission perhaps..).

I am in the process of selling a house through Sparks Ellison , I find them arrogant , conceipted, not prepared to listen to any other opinion than their own. Was extremely rude to my wife yesterday when looking for a property. I even suspect unrest amongst their own staff. If they were the only estate agent left , I would buy a tent!

Very very poor service from them, not available when things went wrong and terrible customer service. Completely uninterested in getting required repairs done to property. Letting Director never visited the property at all, even when there was a terrible leak from the tank in the loft which damaged the bedroom, bathroom and airing cupboard.
