GoogleI have found Andrea at the Chandlers Ford Martin and Co to be absolutely amazing. This is my second move and she explained everything clearly.
She was prompt with her emails and really helped me to find a property I would love and was in my price range.
Andrea gave very solid advice and even helped when we hit a few road bumps in the process.
She was amazing at solving problems and seemed extremely knowledge able through the process.
I have been in contact with a lot of different agents throughout my moves and have to say that by far Andrea Williamson blew me away.
Moving is a very stressful process from start to finish and she was there to help all the way to getting the documents signed.
Next time I move I am very likley to use M&C again. It really felt like they cared.
Proffiencet, professional, kind and very reliable are what I would use to describe them. I would highly recommend them.

If Google allowed 0 stars, that would be my rating. In my experience as a tenant, Martin & Co have been slow to act and poor at follow through on reported property issues. Communication may be polite, but there has been no timely, adequate resolution. I would not recommend.

GoogleNot the best experience, had to go into dispute to get my deposit back(they wanted to keep almost 1000 pounds as if I had ruined the house). Also had to chase them and contact them multiple times to get my refund for overpaid rent. Unorganized and in my point of view very unprofessional.
