GoogleRenting a property from Padarn property was stress free, unlike experiences I have had renting from other property management in the past. If there was ever a problem, it was always resolved quickly for us. I would highly recommend renting from Padarn property to anyone.

GoogleWhat a sham do ot trust this letting agent, they let tenants down after they handed in there notice with last landlord .leaving tenants homeless after booking removals people and packing all of house very unprofessional and uncapable of working in a letting agent .lacking communication with everyone.NegativeProfessionalism

Hello Wendy, I’m sure anyone reading your comment here will question this single 1 star review of Padarn Property since I have taken over the business 15 months ago, as its quite evident I have up to now received 5 star reviews only! Firstly, you have commented here on behalf of a family member, therefore, I have not dealt with you directly as a potential tenant . The potential tenancy that (I presume) you are referring to was not continued after the application and viewing, due to the fact that a dog would not be permitted at the property, and the potential tenants were adamant they were getting a dog, then went on to tell the landlord directly via a message that they were getting a large dog, even though I had made it very clear this would not be allowed. The landlords decided that they did not want to continue to a contract with this couple, due to this and I had to relay that decision on to them. NB : No holding deposit was taken, no deposit was put on the property, and no contract was drafted or signed. If, within a couple of days, they went ahead and packed up their house and handed in their notice leaving them in a predicament, then that is not the responsibility of myself or my business If a property is not going to allow a large dog, I would suggest not proceeding to inform the landlords that you intend on getting a large dog in future. I wish Stephanie and Jason all the best of luck in their search for a pet friendly property but leaving a resentful 1 Star review for my business because I was not able to agree to this, is not going to be beneficial for them and their search in the long run. GoogleI've rented in Aberystwyth via Padarn for years, seeing both Beth and Sheila as delightful and helpful management. Sheila shows what it means to work hard and deliver fabulous customer care whilst doing so. I'd highly recommend turning to Padarn if you're a student, new to the area or a local. You feel looked after by Padarn, I know the office is just a call or text away for anything at any time (within reason). An example of how fabulous Padarn are is how I contacted them yesterday about something I could have dealt with given the right direction and Sheila had some lovely workers come round and sort it for me, with good notice and even better service. Give Padarn a try, you wont regret it 😊🌟

GoogleSo far I haven't been disappointed by this agency and they act in time when necessary a d depending on how crucial the matter is! In life crucial matters always have to come first! GoogleThe agency is great at cooperating with students and priceworthy in my experience. The employees are friendly and understanding. I have now lived at a house handled by this agency for 2 years and one semester and currently in the action of moving back to Sweden. They allowed my stay during the quarintine when I was unable to move and needed a place to stay. The services such as repairs and such are slow, but the employees are understanding, caring and empathatic towards customers. GoogleThe single person running this agency, Sheila, has been an amazing contact for letting properties for students. Given her lone, and therefore, stressful and time constraining role, she has been nothing short of fantastic! Very understanding and flexible in terms of financial difficulties and general house maintenance! Highly recommend this agency for students! GoogleAfter looking for properties for some time with no luck, I was so pleased to find this agency. They really couldn’t do enough for me. Took me out for a viewing at a time that suited me which was out of office hours, they made the process of being able to rent my first home seamless and explained everything every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Padarn to anybody that is looking to rent property they really couldn’t do enough for me and I love my new home!

GoogleExtremely satisfied Landlord. I have been a client (Landlord) of Padarn since Beth Thomas opened in 2002. I have properties in Aberystwyth that Beth and her Colleagues have always worked diligently and conscientiously on my behalf. As a solicitor, I worry about reputation but they keep me up to date and look after me and the safety and well being of my tenants. They ensure the properties are up to standard and deal with all repairs and any issues. I know Padarn care for me as a client and my tenants and treat my properties as if they are the owner so that I never have to worry. They have been instrumental in upgrading the properties each year and act as my eyes. Always professional but with a friendly manner. They are firm with me as a Landlord and tenants if need be. I can not speak more highly of them. I hope they will carry on looking after my properties for many years ahead.
