GoogleI've rented from them for 4 years now and they are hands down the best letting agency in Aberystwyth! No issues and everything that's needed addressing has been done super quickly. First rental that's felt like a home and that's hugely for the amazing work their employees are doing.

GoogleWe have used Herbert Lloyd and Jones for the last five years for the full management of our rental property. The service has been excellent, helpful staff team who do more than 100% to ensure that our property was looked after and that the tenants were appropriate. We chose them again to sell our property and again received an excellent service. Yes there are other estate agents around and we have experienced the services they have to offer as well. So our advice is stick to the the “best”and that’s the staff team at Herbert Lloyd and Jones.

GoogleLloyd Herbert & Jones have been responsible for selling my property and at a later date, letting my property. At all times they have acted in a professional manner, offering a first-class service, by providing informative property details and out-of-hours viewings when required. Whether selling or letting a property, they provide the full-package, relieving the client of many of the stresses associated with each process.
