Id just like to say that I cant recommend Team Lorraine enough . Their whole team, particularly Leslie are so nice and helpful. Fair play to Leslie, when we told her our son is 6, autistic and non verbal and she guided us to the perfect property to meet his needs . I couldn't recommend Team Lorraine enough!

I have never had such a great experience of trying to find a home. Vikki was exemplary in absolutely every aspect of the process. My family and I have just moved into a lovely rental in Celbridge and couldn't be happier! Vikki was an absolute pleasure, so warm and friendly and totally on the ball. The rental process was quick and efficient, and we really felt that our best interests were looked out for, from recommending an available property that might suit our needs, to ensuring that everything in the home was in perfect working order before we moved in. We rented our house out through Vikki and thank goodness we did. Vikki made the whole process so straight forward and stress free. We are delighted to move into our new house today, and the process was made completely worry-free by Team Lorraine. Our most frequent contacts were Lesley and Geraldine and they both went above and beyond every step along the way. Lesley was incredible, and it's hard to say something that wasn't already said in other reviews, but she was very friendly and honest with us and thanks to her we always felt comfortable and looked after. Geraldine was also a pleasure to work with, and we always felt that we can go back to her for questions and clarifications and she was always able to help us straight away. It is an absolute pleasure to finally be able to write this review, following the close of our home sale. Even though we had appointments lined up to meet with other agents, we hired Lesley on the spot, on account of her professionalism and strong knowledge. And in the end, we were so lucky we did, because our sale turned out to be anything but straightforward. Lesley kept in contact, acknowledged the stress and distress caused by the complexity of the sale and was always coming up with new ideas to push it through. Her 'can do' attitude got us through many a stressful day. She made sure that when she was on annual leave, that Lorraine took over and Lorraine called us three times in that time, just to check in. I have no doubt our house sale would have fallen through had it not been to the perseverance of this group of professional women. We really can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Lorraine and Team Lorraine. Buying a first home in Dublin is a daunting experience at any time, never mind in the current climate. Myself and my wife have just moved into our new home, having sold our old house and bought this one through Lesley in Remax (we bought our old home with Lesley's help ten years ago too). Lesley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful all the way through the process, from minute one to a few days after we moved in and some queries about alarm/heating etc! I couldn't recommend Remax enough. We never felt rushed, despite the urgency of the moves towards the end of the year. Lesley was totally honest with us in regards to properties we saw and what would suit our family or not. She was open in discussing advantages and drawbacks so we never felt as if the wool was being pulled over our eyes. We got the feeling of total transparency all the way along. Buying and selling is a really stressful experience. We were looking for our new home for 4 years. Everytime we viewed a house with Lorraine and Lesley they always had the answers to our questions and were so friendly and professional. Lorraine headed up the sale of our house and she was as enthusiastic and focused as I was in putting our home in the best light and understood how important it was to me because it had taken us so long to decide to go to market. Team Lorraine definitely worked as a team effort to achieve a great price for it in just 2/3 weeks and always kept us updated so I wasn't going mad wondering what was going on! Lorraine offered me great advice as we prepared the house for sale. Tatjana and Geraldine couldn't do enough for me when it came to the brochure as I wanted it just right and I'm sure they were great selling the house over the phone. Emma Hollingsworth took amazing photos and it is well worth it to book her through Lorraine for photos. Lorraine kept in weekly contact pushing everything along during the contract stages. I don't think she ever stops working! Now after 4 years of searching, very soon we're moving into our dream house we brought through Team Lorraine and selling our home of many memories through Team Lorraine!! I will be eternally grateful to Lorraine, Lesley and the team for the past few years tirelessly showing us houses and for this year when I needed them most. XX

From the minute I first rang their office to show interest in a house I found online, they were unbelievably efficient and friendly. A viewing was set up for me the very next day. Straight away Lesley gave me access to the online bidding and she was there for any question/phone call I had. Everytime I rang the office, whoever answered the phone was extremely friendly.
