Avant bosses.. Adele Booth at customer services needs a raise! An ongoing repair/ new build snagging issue that suppliers/plumbers/fitters/ all denied responsibility..Adele dug deep and resolved the issue. Kept me updated and followed up every step forward.So far so good..

This company have possibly the worst Customer Care Dep't you can experience. Problems identified and notified yet they don't even respond and any after care experience following purchase is either negligible or non existent.Ignore all of the critical comments at your peril.

Seems like avant have downgraded everywhere possible but still have the very expensive prices. What used to be standard is now included as extras at again crazy prices. Similar standard as persimmon now.

I have been interested in a new build property at The Causey Heights development. I have contacted Avant by Facebook messenger, email and telephone and no one has come back to me! Disgraceful customer service!

Rubbish customer service. Having to redo garden as is solid clay soil and so many old bricks and rocks it's like a moonscape. Luckily bought house prior to take over
