Do not use this these estate agents. I had a tenant in my property that they rented out for me. They didn’t do their checks properly, they say they use a third-party for the checks so please be very carefull it cost me over £10,000 to evict the tenant and they still wanted to charge me the fee every month for looking after the property when the tenant wasn’t even paying. Not a professional company, use someone else.

Dear Mr Donovan Further to your recent review. We do not have any record of ever dealing with you as a Landlord. You clearly have the wrong estate agent and we would appreciate you removing this review immediately as it is untrue and slanderous. We have been trading since 1999 and pride ourselves on our reputation as an independent sales and letting agent. John O'Donoghue Director

John and Dee did an excellent job for us, showing perseverance, determination and professionalism at every step of our house sale process. They restored our faith after we'd had a poor experience with another estate agent. Working with John Alan, we got clear-eyed valuation, proactive updates, suggested solutions, and all with a friendly and reliable service. We are beyond grateful to John and Dee for their commitment to our sale and highly recommend them, they are a cut above all other local estate agents. If you are selling in South East London John Alan should be your first choice.

Our experience working with John and Dee for a house viewing was excellent. John was highly professional and positive in arranging the viewing, while Dee was friendly and informative, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend the John Alan team to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

We cannot thank John enough for his advice and help when selling our house. From the first time he looked round to the accepting of the keys at the end of the transaction he was always ready to help us. We thoroughly recommend the John Alan Estate Agency.

It has been a pleasure dealing with John Alan and we recommend them wholeheartedly. Looking for houses can be very stressful but they made this experience seamless for both my wife and I. From the first point of interaction with them via email/phone call they have been very informative, engaging and welcoming. The house viewing was exceptionally well conducted and John enable us to truly see the property's full potential. His knowledge of the area is second to none and you can tell he does his job with passion. Whilst my perspective is of the buyer in my experiences with John Alan, I can confidently say that I wouldn't think twice before putting a property of mine in their hands to be sold in the future. Well recommended.
