GoogleRented office space for the day whilst in the area. Relaxing and clean office space with well stocked kitchen facilities. Very friendly welcome from the receptionist Shannon. WiFi was easy to access on multiple devices. My allocated room had patio doors that opened up onto the well kept garden area. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a calm, relaxing workspace. Plenty of parking too. There are toilets and a shower available for use also.

GoogleWhen we first started the company we took out the” virtual office” package with DBS, which really helped myself & business partner concentrate on what was important, growing the company! They looked after our phone calls, postage, & provided meeting rooms when required. As we grew, we took a serviced office with DBS in Castle Donnington. This included a room for 4 people, furniture, telephones, utilities & internet connectivity. The staff are always friendly & eager to help. The offices are high quality, & the grounds beautiful. I would highly recommend them, whether it’s for the Virtual Office, meeting rooms or serviced offices.

Tech-Ready & Easy Setup: The room came fully equipped with everything we needed, high-definition screen, video conferencing capability, and whiteboards.
Central Location & Easy Access: The location is conveniently located near major roads, making it easy for our team and clients to get to. Plus, ample parking was available.
Friendly & Supportive Staff: The DBS team are incredibly helpful and on hand, throughout the day. They even offered to assist with any technical needs during the meeting, which we didn't require, but it was a nice touch!
Highly recommend DBS for anyone seeking top-notch meeting spaces in the East Midlands! We'll definitely be continuing!

I drove there and upon arrival had an issue with my car and had to ring the AA. The receptionist (Rebecca I think) was very helpful and let me know when they arrived as I was in the induction training.
Lunch provided was also very nice as were the facilities.
A very good place to hire for meetings with lots of parking also.

GoogleWe have been with DBS in Castle Donington for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. The building is beautiful and well maintained, our office was decorated prior to us moving in and every effort was made to ensure we had all furniture, equipment and technical support we needed before our arrival.The staff are friendly and super helpful and the services they provide are excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone - so much better than the faceless and clinical office alternatives out there!

GoogleWent there for a day-long training conference and it's a lovely place. Great surroundings, good facilities and parking on-site.
However, we had a problem getting a decent internet connection which put a dampener on the whole thing.
Also, they need to put up a few signs since I couldn't find the men's room without asking for directions.

Thank you for the feedback Karl. Not sure why you experienced a problem with internet as we have fibre lines and separate Wifi in all of our meeting rooms to ensure a strong signal. We have not had any other problems with connection or speed so it must have been something particular on the day. I hope this doesn’t deter you from returning and given we have an onsite IT Consultant, please do raise any issue as we can investigate what is causing it and sort it for you. Sorry you needed to ask about the men’s room. We always hold an induction with the course facilitator regarding fire exits, toilets etc and have to trust this information is relayed to delegates. There is a sign on the door to the toilets, in the reception. We will ask course leaders to make sure they tell attendees all the information to make it easier for visitors.

We are sorry to read this review, particularly as we received no complaints from you or your staff, during the short time your company was with us. We regularly receive commendation and appreciation from our clients for the level of customer support and service we provide. Given we have many clients who have been with us for up to 10 years, we believe this is a reflection of our facilities, service and their satisfaction.
Regarding our infrastructure, we have invested money in fibre lines, leased lines and equipment, enabling options for dedicated bandwidth, priority traffic + much more, far surpassing the capabilities of many organisations. As with yourselves, some clients choose to install their own voip phones or other, unfortunately we have no control or management of such items.
Serviced office space is based on the office only, clients pay for the amount of space they choose to take - the additional facilities we have such as reception, kitchens, breakout space, free meeting space, wet rooms, gardens, summer seating etc are a huge benefit to dbs clients and enjoyed by them.
We understand that our car park is sometimes busy, this is a reflection of the popularity of dbs for companies using us for office space and meeting room hire. The perception can be that parking is limited but as it is a conservation area with landscaped car parks on 2 levels, there are often spaces available which clients are unaware of.
We sincerely regret that you did not raise any issues as we would have liked to have had the opportunity to resolve any concerns you had during your occupancy.
