When we bought our house it was through these guys, and when it was time to sell we went with them again. Really good experience right from the start. The whole team absolutely knows their stuff, and Denis and Sydney had us on the market with an offer accepted within a couple of weeks. When we ran into problems with the solicitors they struck the right balance of reassuring and urgent - which is tricky enough at the best of times, and house-moving rarely seems to be the best of times, so well done to them for doing this everyday! There were regular check-ins in-person, via email, and on the phone (thank you to Rosie for fielding our calls!) and we felt taken care of throughout. Thoroughly recommend them. Thank you to the team!

The worst agency i have ever dealed with - i’d rather call them partners in crime to dodgy landlords. Since 2.5 year we are basically living in maintenance in a house where the landlord missing to comply with the basic health and safety checks and maintenance. . We have a mould issue which we asked to be sorted months ego but nothing happened. Why is extremely dissappointing is that we have applied to fostering but because the mould , which both landlord and agency aware of - our application has been blocked. We have wasted time, money , and a child lost the chance to have a home because of this greedy lazy people!

Safe to say I had a complex conveyancing process. However, Dennis and Rosie did their utmost to streamline each step and chase solicitors for responses. They helped to mediate both sides and push for completion at the latter stages. They gave regular updates which helped to reassure me during the purchasing process. Please do not go to their agency. Rachel is rude, never answered the phone when we had an emergency boiler issues. We were left with no heating and hot water on Christmas because Rachel said it wasn't emergency! Rachel communicates like a primitive person. They sent us a letter that we need to move out in the end of July 2019, they sent it late enough so we are in the billing month and we need to pay the rent for the month in which we're not going to live in the property. They did it on purpose as they knew we will have to pay them rent for the month in advance. They didn't care we need to find a new home quickly, pay all the agency fees, deposit and rent for the new house, they still did everything so we don't have a choice but to pay them rent for July even though we are moving out in June. What is more, they said we need to move out because we are "tenants difficult to deal with"! All we ever wanted is for them to maintain the property when something was broken. We have got a little baby and they have no sympathy! We've always paid rent on time though. Please avoid.

I just had to pull out of a purchase that these guys were acting as the agent for. At first they were fine. Viewings were handled efficiently and Amy who managed them was on-time to everything. Unfortunately though, after then things got weird. Amy's communication regarding our offer was poor. It took days for our offer to be confirmed as officially accepted and before then we were being told to instruct solicitors, which is very odd as we weren't even sure whether we had the property or not at that point. After then, the communication went downhill fast. The seller was extremely slow in getting things done which this estate agent did nothing to try and hasten, and I had to chase them on multiple occasions to get things moving. In the end it turned out that the house being sold had some serious legal issue's with the road it was built on, also, the purchase had taken a month over what we were told it would take, so we had to pull out. A huge waste of time, thanks Your Move...........

Please read before signing up !! The staff are very nice - I chose them because they are in a nice area and I wanted to rent from a professional company . Turns out landlords from a really rough areas are buying property in nice areas so they can achieve high rent - they " manage " the property so once you sign the estate agents have nothing to do with you . Not all the estate agents fault but dodgy landlords are using them as a front and then they take over and the nonese starts. NO WAY would I have signed up had I understood the actual setup - dodgy landlords hiding behind what looks like a reputable estate agents . Promised me I wouldn't have a bad experience and I wouldn't be ripped off - arrived to a broken toilet full of s**t , left a week early ( no money back ) and a Ransome of £250 for old dilapidation nothing to do with me . I have endured constant harassment by the landlord and his sons - no respect to the law at all. DONT AGREE TO A MANAGED RENTAL. The staff at Your Move were very good and patient with all the drama I had with the landlord - especially Phaedra whom not only had to listen to my ordeal but had to deal with the dispicable landlord and sons . They really sympathised with the ordeal I had but were powerless to help me as it was not managed by them . Nice estate agents but awful awful landlords oubthere hiding behind estate agents like this

Avoid, rude staff!! Being 38 weeks pregnant, I parked in the front parking lot because I needed the post office, soon after a girl came out of their office and told me that her colleague was coming to work and had to park, I told her nicely that I have to go to the post office and I'll be back in a minute and she insisted that it was a staff car park and I had to park elsewhere, as there were no spaces left, I ignored her as I didn't see no sign prohibiting parking, neither on the street nor in the parking lot. When I came back I found my car stalled, I asked the man who works there to move the car as I was leaving, he didn't react at all, I asked again, and he says he won't move it because that I been rude. As I mentioned that I am 38 weeks pregnant, and I was going to go to the appointment at the hospital, and the man who works there said that it is a staff parking lot and that it is my fault that I parked there and that he will not move it. Only after I warned that I was calling the police, he jumped out of his seat and went to move the car, commenting that it was parking for staff. Pardon me, a piece of paper put on the window by them, I should have taken it into account so that I wouldn't park, it's not even visible from the street,I don't think I was rude; rather, I think they should apologise for stalling my car and making me feel anxious that my contractions had begun. Shame on them both who works morning on 23.04.2024 at Your Move Estate Agents Murray Rogers Castle Bromwich, 256 Chester Rd, Birmingham B36 0JE You didn’t think for a second that I am a potential customer. This people are not professional at all, how you can be so rude with random people from the street, especially which expecting a baby, you represent the brand Your Move.

Obsolutely terrible agents, they very rarely answer phones or email you have to mail or call several times before they answer, I rented a property through them and if it wasn't for the nice landlords we had then the experience dealing with anything would have been even worse,they do not care how they treat tenants as long they get their fees, unfortunately we have had the privalage to deal with Penne Adams head of admin but lack common courtesy to communicate properly in fact the whole admin team is the same, whoever runs this branch needs to seriously take a look at the people they employ but something tells me they do not care enough to do that. Glad I don't ever have to deal with them again and good luck to whoever has to in the future.
