Nothing was too much trouble for Dawn and Pauline always dealing with our queries ( there were lots) with a smile and promptly , nothing was too much trouble for them . We had tried other agents in the area but have to say right from the start , David Richens was by far THE BEST !!

Used Richings for over 7 years for renting out a property. Recently asked them to sell it,I know this team is very good. However when I said if you sell it within a fortnight,it will be champagne all round, I felt that I wouldn’t need to buy champers, They sold it in 6 days!!. Never been happier to fork out for a couple of bottles. Never underestimate how good this team of Ladies really are !!

Dawn & Pauline go above and beyond to help. They are friendly, quick and very communicative. I cannot fault their service. This was our first property purchase and they walked us through it step by step offering advice and information. More so than we received from our solicitors! By far worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Rented out a house to us in an unsatisfactory condition. Screws and loose brickwork left where the conservatory was torn down just prior to us moving in. Even left a radiator exposed to the elements that probably heated up half of carterton. The single pane glass windows and a door that should only be used for interior application resulted in the kitchen and downstairs area being noticeably cold over the winter months! White goods not provided even though the house was advertised with them. David richings showed zero obligation to help put things right! Terrible customer service....Avoid!!!

If you live next door to a David ritchings let then you could be in trouble, don’t listen to any complaints even when health and safety laws are been broken by their tenants, we live in a block of flats where smoking is not allowed through the whole premises. After a six months of complaint they haven’t done a thing , would you trust them to sell your house , I don’t think so

One of the better estate agents we dealt with. Very friendly service. We had to withdraw from business and they did not give us attitude or hassle over it. We were always happy when they show us around houses for sale. They had knowledge of the property and did remember to call us back when the property become available. Just shows that independent businesses are much better.

They told me my house would sell fairly quick as the market was good so i put in on with them. They then changed their mind and said it was very slow after i had signed into a 20week contract. I had one viewing in the whole 20weeks. The estate agent they sent out to show the property didnt have a clue about my house. Had never been here and clearly didnt bother to read up before coming. They didnt bother pushing my sale after i had complained. They stopped advertising my property in the paper and online until i pointed out they had falsely promised things. They then booked another viewing but failed to tell me it had cancelled. After staying in waiting i had to phone up to find out. The company is a terrible estate agents and i would advise anyone NOT to use them!!!!!!!
