GoogleJust wanted to say a massive Thank you To Diane and Darren in the Carrickfergus Branch of UPS. From coming out to value my house right through to my completion Diane and Darren where nothing but professional, Informative and helpful and took all the stress out of selling my property. Do not hesitate to use UPS for the sale of your property you will not be disappointed with the service you receive.

GoogleUnfortunately, their agent has dropped the ball on at least 4separate occassions. Between showing up late for appointments, or not at all for 2, to not responding to offers to buy, and not replying with a counter offer, to not informing of a sale with an outstanding offer still on the table. I can't say that a single showing with this agent went without a hitch. Sellers, if you use this company, stay on top of the agent, and make sure you lay down your terms, and hold the agent to them. They really need to up their standards for both the buyer and especially the seller. There is absolutely no reason for less than 100% professionalism, and this company doesn't even come close to 25%.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

They went over and above their role as our agent, I could not recommend them highly enough. Best estate agents in the town by a country mile. If you’re thinking of selling your house, choose UPS Carrickfergus.

GoogleSelling a house and they came out to value the house. The price they gave me was £10,000 LESS than every other Estate agents I called out. I took a competitor company and they sold the house within 3 weeks. THEN I got a bill for £180 from UPS for their valuation fee !!!! Disgraceful cheating lying company. DO NOT USE THEM.
