GoogleI honestly couldn't be happier with the level service I received from every single member of the team at Gareth Mills Estate Agents. I needed a place to rent fast due to personal reasons and they delivered. I especially enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the office and how easy it was to deal with the team. I would highly recommended Gareth Mills for any rental needs. Kenny Cummings

GoogleAbsolutely disastrous experience with them. Booked a viewing and the owner did not show up. To be fair, I got an email apologising for it, but the harm was already done. I had to re-schedule and turned out to be a 2 bedroom property advertised as 3 bedroom. The 3rd "bedroom" is really a tiny space with a boiler and a few clothes hanging where not even half a single bed would fit. A bad joke... If the property is still advertised as 3 bedroom they'd better get ready for a few embarrasing moments. If I was in charge of the company I would make sure these things do not happen as it is your image damaged for things that can be easily avoided just by advertising according to reality and making sure you do not waste people's time. Maybe it is unfair as the rest of reviews here are positive, but I can only speak by my own experience.

GoogleGareth and staff are absolutely brillant to deal with.we organised a home for the inlaws coming to live here from holland, and have to say they really did take the pressure off. From start to finish they were so professional and as someone who knows how hard it is to run their own business they absolutely did everything they could to help, recommend them 100 percent.
