I cannot speak highly enough of Gareth and his team. Most of my communication has been with either Karen or Gareth and has consistently been to the highest of standards. They react so quickly to any issues and are beyond supportive. My house was sold very quickly which has been the case on each occasion they have been responsible for the sale of my properties. I will be selling another house in the not too distant future and would not consider going to anyone else. I cannot express how supportive Gareth and Karen have been, taking all the pressure away from me. I would highly recommend Gareth and his team to anyone thinking of selling a property. I have sold quite a few properties in the past, no Estate Agent has come close to Gareth’s in relation to speed of sale, professionalism, support, friendly, understanding and the list goes on….. Absolutely disastrous experience with them. Booked a viewing and the owner did not show up. To be fair, I got an email apologising for it, but the harm was already done. I had to re-schedule and turned out to be a 2 bedroom property advertised as 3 bedroom. The 3rd "bedroom" is really a tiny space with a boiler and a few clothes hanging where not even half a single bed would fit. A bad joke... If the property is still advertised as 3 bedroom they'd better get ready for a few embarrasing moments. If I was in charge of the company I would make sure these things do not happen as it is your image damaged for things that can be easily avoided just by advertising according to reality and making sure you do not waste people's time. Maybe it is unfair as the rest of reviews here are positive, but I can only speak by my own experience.
