GoogleHayley has overseen a property I have rented as a tenant for the past few years with no problems and I have always experienced good efficient service from her company. From the initial enquiry I have found the service provided to be professional and at the same time friendly and down to earth, I always felt there was a good balance provided for my interests as a tenant and those of the property owner. I had a problem with the boiler a couple of years ago which Hayley did everything in her power to rectify in a timely manner and the problem was resolved. I would recommend HNC to both people looking to rent a property and landlords looking to rent out a property.

GoogleHNC manage a few properties for me and the tenants they have put in have allways been perfect with no issues. Also they are very professional and deal with any issues without any hassle, I would and have recommended them to friends and family who also use them now for managing there properties.

FacebookWe have lived in our house for 5 years. HNC Lettings took over about 2 years ago. Cannot fault them! If we have an issue, it gets sorted! Highly recommend this company! Love that the monthly emails come through about rent being paid on time. Anyone we have spoken to has been kind and courteous especially through Covid. I wouldn’t have an issue renting another property with this company.
