Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.

Gerald, Rose, and the rest of the staff were so helpful to me in selling my late mother in law’s house in Pwll. It took a while to sell because of the condition of the house and the difficult market. I live 240 miles away and would have been lost without their help which included arranging for house clearance, arranging for the boiler to be fixed, helping out with the insurance and and checking on the property every week, even when there were no viewings. They definitely went above and beyond what I expected from an estate agent. Their comment was “that’s what we do”. Thanks for everything!

I recently had to sell a house in the Carmarthen area due to a death in the family and was recommended Gerald Vaughan by my solicitor due to their excellent customer service. It turned out to be a great decision. I live in England and heavily relied on Gerald and his team to keep the sale moving along and they continuously went above and beyond. Gerald himself has a fantastic knowledge of the area and his team were always helpful, polite and very friendly. I can't recommend them enough. I have bought/sold a house three times before this and I wish my estate agent at the time had provided me a service as good as this. It really was that good. Called Saturday morning to book a viewing for a property recently put on the market. We were told that NO viewings are going ahead yet (due to personal reasons of the seller)and we will be sent a virtual tour via email. Popped down to the property later that afternoon for a noisy at the area and was surprised to see viewings actually going ahead. Spoke to the estate agent onsite and she said viewings had been carried out the day before also! This doesn't set much trust as a buyer with the conflicting info. Also due to the layout of the property it would be very hard to purchase with a mortgage, I think this should be made clear in the advertisement.NegativeProfessionalism
