GoogleWe had a very positive experience using Remax for the sale of my Mum's house. Colin Young went out of his way to assist us in every way. My sister and I don't live in carluke and he did everything he could to help us, even on one occasion going in to the house to turn off a light we'd inadvertently left on. Picking up keys from mum in her new flat, as we werent able to drop them in to him.. Would highly recommend Remax Carluke and Colin is a great asset to the company.

GoogleColin Young and the team at RE/MAX Clydesdale have been amazing. In what was a very unpleasant house move, they couldn't have done more for me. From chasing entry dates along the chain to simply keeping me up-to-date on what was going on, they were always available and willing to help. I would have no hesitation in using their services again and have already recommended them to someone who I know will be looking to move house shortly.

GoogleColin at Remax Carluke helped put our late mother’s house on the market and made the process a lot easier than expected and made us aware of everything we needed to do. Unfortunately we had a couple of hiccups along the way with sales falling through but Colin always kept us updated and informed of what was happening.

The service was absolutely shocking - the house we chose to rent was literally falling apart and was against all sanitation rules! From fingernails to used sponges from the landlord, mould and food on the walls. The doors not aligned and definitely not wind and water tight! When this was brought up Roddy washed his hands of it and passed the buck to Sharon... who quite frankly did not care! Absolute disgrace of a company to even be franchised by REMAX... we will be taking this further because no other tenant or home owners should have to put up with this or have wool pulled over their eyes.

Colin went above and beyond as he know our previous experience (no fault of Remax) was not in our favour and fell through. Remax made sure this was not going to happen a second time. GoogleI met Colin Young whilst looking to buy a property in Carluke. He had the perfect flat for me, requiring renovation and updating. He continued to give me information and anything else I asked for so, after renovation, I didn't hesitate to put it back on the market with Colin. Almost immediately the viewings came through and due to his professional experience, got the price I was looking for and concluded to a speedy sale. I, therefore, have no hesitation, whatsoever, in recommending Colin Young with Remax.
