GoogleI couldn't recommend highly enough. My mum passed away during the process of my brother selling and Lynn couldn't be more helpful than she was. Even down to keeping me informed if my brother couldn't be contacted was not a problem. I couldn't thank her enough for making it so easy.

GoogleAn excellent service. An offer was made on the property after only a few days on the market. It was subsequently sold to the person who made the offer for a price in excess of the asking price. Lynne in the Carluke office helped me through the process of selling and as I had never put a house on sale before her advice was invaluable. Sandy, who surveyed the property, also gave sound advice on the value which was higher than I expected. All-in-all they helped me cope well with what could have been a very stressful process.

GoogleExcellent service and a pleasure to deal with Lynn and Sandy at IE. Worked closely to ensure we were happy with the marketing material and had it uploaded and live within the day after home report has been received. Regular updates and marketing meant we had our property under offer within a week and they kept us updated as the sale progressed. No hesitation in recommending independent estates and would certainly use them in the future if we had a property to sell. Also found them extremely competitive price wise and knew the local market really well so when they pitched they had a good idea on the realistic value we were likely to receive from the valuation report.
