I sold my house through this estate agent and had a very positive experience from start to finish. The team were professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process. They handled the marketing of the property well, generated strong interest, and kept me informed during each stage of the sale. Communication was clear and timely, and they were proactive in progressing the transaction through to completion. Selling a home can be stressful, but they made the process feel straightforward and well-managed. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

I had tried other estate agents in the past and didn’t really get anywhere, so took the plunge with Lesley Greaves. From the outset they went above and beyond to get our house sold, the advertising and attention to detail was second to none. Couldn’t recommend them enough, especially Jade who was only a phone call/email away. Thank you again for all your help x

Purchased my first home through Lesley Greaves many years ago and had no qualm with the service, so when it came time to sell it made sense to see what they had to offer. I was very impressed right from the initial visit, their local knowledge, experience and personal touch shone through from the beginning and I am very pleased with the service I received. Special shoutout to Jade who was a real pleasure to deal with! A real credit to the team :)

I’m happy to recommend Lesley Greaves Estate Agency, for their expertise, communication and innovative ideas. They guided us expertly through what is generally a fraught process, giving us confidence. The staff were always helpful, calm and approachable despite my frequent questions. Any difficulties through the process were resolved quickly, all leading to a happy ending.

At times during the process of buying our new home when we were experiencing difficulties with solicitors, your staff at the Gedling office went far far above and beyond what would normally be acceptable service. In particular Jade Messom helped immensely being able to get more sense out of our solicitors than we were ever able to do. I would gladly highly recommend your services to everyone looking for a property. Thank you for everything.

Was very pleased with the presentation of my property on Rightmove, both pictures & text. Property was uploaded on Rightmove on a Friday and by the following Tuesday I had secured suitable tenants! I'm continually impressed with the service provided by Lesley & her team. Very professional, very knowledgeable & very helpful. I have peace of mind knowing that both my rental properties are being managed by Lesley Greaves.

Melissa was extremely helpful throughout my house purchase. A wealth of local knowledge and exceptional customer service is favorable when looking for an agent so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melissa and the team at Lesley Greaves. Edit: they let themselves down on the sale of my property though... overvalued it and then after next to no interest kept asking me to reduce, wouldn’t use again.

We have just sold my mothers home with Lesley Greaves and it good to know not all estate agents are the same. They helped all the way from getting a good number of viewings, to solicitors, to keeping us informed of process and helping with all the little things as we live out of the area so it was difficult to get there. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a house. Thank you for an excellent service and at a reasonable price!

Following an excellent experience with Lesley Greaves selling a house 3: years ago, I chose to use them again when selling a flat. What a decision this was. The sale twice fell apart days from completion, Lesley Greaves were excellent with supporting through this and proactive in finding yet another buyer. Finally a year later the sale has completed. Overall they've worked extremely hard for a commission on a low priced flat. Jade in particular has been excellent. I will use them again in the future that's for sure. Given the bad publicity you read about estate agents these folk stand out as exemplary.

Tried Lesley Greaves after our first estate agent only got us 2 viewings in 20 weeks. Within a couple of weeks with Lesley Greaves we had multiple viewings and an offer which we had accepted, all at the same price it had been on for with the other estate agent. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and it was no issue when we asked them to explain things. They helped us through the entire process and nothing was tp much trouble for them. We would use them again and would recommend them to anyone we knew who was selling a property.

I've just used Lesley Greaves for the second time and both times they were fantastic. Always so helpful, always answer the phone - but they email and text for ease if you prefer too, always positive and nice to chat to, and completely invaluable in helping to push the sale through. I honestly can't recommend them enough, absolutely no negatives at all. Oh and cheaper than a few other big name estate agents I got quotes from locally too.
