I don't usually write reviews - but I can't praise Johnsons and Partners Estate Agents highly enough. We were put in a difficult position where we had to sell our house within 7 days (in order to proceed on another property). They came on Friday evening to value it, I instructed them on Saturday morning, they sent someone round to photograph it Saturday afternoon - and it went live on various websites by Saturday evening. They then vetted all the interest that the property received, and lined up 9 buyers (all in a good position to proceed) for an evening of viewings on the Wednesday. By the following morning we had three offers, and we accepted one by lunchtime. So we were able to secure the house we wanted to move to. Throughout the sale - they kept me updated on everything (before I even had to ask) and were a calming influence throughout a stressful time. Sofia was particularly helpful, and really helped to move everyone along and keep things on track. Would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness

Couldn't fault them, they made what seemed at first to be a potentially complicated purchase really easy- incredibly helpful, not too pushy, but efficient and moved the whole process along smoothly. Called up about a letting property at 9am after seeing it advertised on their website, they advised me that the property wasn’t available despite it being on the website. Thought it was strange to advertise something you can’t get but ok. Checked again this morning and the property is STILL advertised! Why advertise a property that’s not available?
