Can not fault the Bairstow Eves team at Carlton - in particular Oscar, Beth & Zoe! Oscar & Beth did so much hard work for us helping us to secure and move into our new rented property. We literally could not of done it without them! The entire process was stress free and clearly set out from the start. Communication was spot on and their help is greatly appreciated. Zoe has been amazing throughout the sale of my old property, even when the solicitors have been creating issues, Zoe has constantly been in contact and even lifted my spirits through regular calls and emails. Overall amazing team, Oscar, Beth & Zoe are credits to the business. Selling a house and moving can be quite a stressful and emotional time, even in bad situations such as mine, but the team here have been amazing and made me feel so reassured about the process. Because of them, I've been able to get the fresh start in life I desperately needed and got my life back on track! Thank you!

Katie and her team have really looked after us throughout the process of selling our property. After a few negative experiences with another local agent, Bairstow Eves have been everything we hoped for in an estate agent: informative, communicative and reassuring. Katie was a fabulous introduction to the company, setting out a clear and sensible marketing plan. Zoe, our main contact throughout, has been wonderful to work with - friendly, nothing is a bother, no question is daft. An offer was accepted within days of our property being remarketed. With Bairstow Eves. After an unfortunate change in circumstances for that buyer, we had to put the property back on the market. Again, with lots of viewings booked in, we were able to accept a new offer within days. Poor quality viewings and service

The Clapham branch sales negotiator was late for the viewing and didn’t ask anyone from the office to notify us (15 minutes late). He had also double booked the appointment, the entire booking was a bit of a disorganised mess. There was a fair bit he wasn’t aware of and generally wasn’t that helpful. The specifications I gave weren’t followed in the viewings. I was ignored when asked if I wanted a broker and my contact information was shared when I had asked for it not to.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service, they come across very professional when they value the house, but once its on the market the staff are unhelpful and take days to answer emails. The details were incorrect online as it was put live without us agreeing the details, the pictures were awful and the one thing we did make them change. There has been no effort to sell the house, only having one viewer in two months. Only to find out that the contract is for 4 months too, devastated. Stay away from this company.

Amy and Tegan have been an absolute credit to Bairstow Eves. My mum received a Section 21 notice back in January 2025 and was incredibly stressed and anxious about what might happen. Amy and Tegan were not only incredibly professional and efficient but they were also personable and made my mum feel so comfortable and offered the reassurance that she needed.
