GoogleThe team at Southern Auctioneers Carlow went above and beyond to sell our house. They supported and guided us through what turned out to be a very lengthly and complicated sale. We would recommend them to anyone considering selling a property.Thank you again Ollie, Harry and Keith.

GoogleWe recently used REA Sothern to sell a family home in Carlow. Harry, Ollie and all of the REA team were professional and responsive. We received sound advice and practical support from the Auctioneer regarding preparing the house for sale and their brochure and online entries of the property represented the house very well. All queries, viewings, negotiations and the actual sale were handled by Harry Sothern in a professional and cordial manner to the satisfaction of all. We have no hesitation in recommending Sothern Auctioneers to prospective customers and if the occasion arises in the future, we would be pleased to use their services once again.

GoogleHarry, the owner, rang us after we went sale agreed at half 8 on a Friday evening with an extremely rude attitude after we enquired about the new EPA Radon Map which showed the house to be in a red (highest) radon zone. Harry was rude and condescending, while demonstrating he knew nothing about the basics of housing foundations and radon extraction. At this point we could no longer do business and asked for a refund. Agent was lovely. If your buying through Harry, expect a bad attitude and confrontation to extremely polite questions. Keep in mind, a civil decline would have been an acceptable response but Harry chose to be aggressive and rude
