GoogleSavills is the first estate agent I have rented from. Judith was especially helpful, guiding me through the whole process from the beginning till my end term. The apartment I stayed in was amazing; it was spacious, quite, had a beautiful environment, very close to the city centre, and the neighbours were very kind to me. My stay, though for only a year, was truly an amazing experience.

Any small issues that have occurred during the past few months since moving into the property have always been addressed promptly and efficiently. GoogleSavills at Carlisle provided an excellent service when we rented a large rural property in Northumberland for 20 months. As well as being very efficient and straightforward with all the administrative aspects of the lease, they were very supportive and accessible when practical problems arose. This was very important to us as tenants because the property, whilst being full of character, also presented numerous practical issues on account of its age. We are very grateful to Jennifer, Judith, Freddy and Hannah for their professionalism, help and friendliness throughout our lease.

GoogleSavills Carlisle have been excellent letting agents. They have been extremely professional, prompt and friendly in every aspect of the letting process including pre-tenancy checks, inventory, meter readings, repairs, emailing across rent receipts, providing me with a spare key when I got locked out, and the check out process. I cannot recommend them enough! I would like to make a special mention of Judith Chambers and Rhiannon Williamson who were particularly friendly and helpful to me during my tenancy.

GoogleWorst rental landlord experience we've ever had. From refusing to treat the penetrating damp to suggesting we use only the back door when the front swelled and wouldn't open to then cynically attempting to withhold our deposit and blaming existing conditions on us. Even by estate agent standards this lot are atrocious. Would advise anyone to avoid like the plague.

GoogleMy husband and I have been renting a property through Savills for over six years. The staff at the Carlisle office have been very friendly, helpful and professional towards us from the start. Savills has always acted promptly whenever we need any kind of repair or other work done in the flat. When we first arrived in Cumbria from overseas, we had funds but no history in the UK that could be traced. We will always be grateful to Judith Chambers in particular for nonetheless taking a chance on our being reliable tenants by waiving the usual background check. After the passage of six and a half years and no late payments of the rent during this time, we believe that everyone has benefitted from our ongoing transaction and that her original judgement has proved to be correct. All and all, we are very pleased with the service provided to us by the Savills Carlisle branch.
