FacebookBoth myself and my partner used Homesearch Direct to sell our houses - Steven and the team were absolutely phenomenal. Super communicative, and really went above and beyond to deliver a top rated service. We both mainly dealt with Steven, but spoke to several other staff members who were always friendly and great at passing on information and keeping us up to date. We could really tell that Steven cared about looking after us and we would 100% use Homesearch again!

GoogleBig thanks to Stephen and the team for their help in my latest investment property purchase on Boundary Road in Carlisle. I viewed a couple of properties with them, and I wasn't rushed on viewings, they had the answers to the questions I asked and recommended I view the property I eventually purchased. Supportive and motivated through the purchasing process, and I know from the vendor that they were equally satisfied. A slightly drawn out process due to probate, but I never felt like the property had been put on the back burner. I can very much recommend these guys and girls as a decent, reputable agent.

We even felt it necessary to take her some flowers to thank her after we had completed on our sale. We have moved a fair few times and this is the first time we have felt the need to review and praise our estate agent! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleHaving rented privately for over 30 years and had many experiences with letting agents , I can honestly say this agency is the best . I'm sure many people have had the " YOU MUST DRIVE A BMW"to rent from us attitude. I can guarantee you will not get this from this " family" team of agents. If you are a good honest tenant despite your circumstances you will be treated very well and given the upmost respect. I hope to be with the agency for many years to come and would highly recommend them. 5 star without a doubt

GoogleAbsolute rubbish service. Phone and called to enquire about renting a property they put onto Rightmove this morning. The company told me to wait and they would ring me back. I missed the call due to work. 5 minutes after I called them back they denied having the property and I told them I saw it on rightmove. When I said not to worry, that I would call someone else she just said “thank you” in a very rude way. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. Very fake and rude.

GoogleI’ve bought and sold with Linda and Steven and they’ve clearly built a sound team of people at Homesearch. I’ve also rented out a house with them. They’re all brilliant. What I like most is that they don’t mistake fake posh accents with doing a good job! They’re helpful, professional and polite and really do go that extra mile to help. Much appreciated. GoogleWe viewed a property to rent off this estate agent, just to be warned there not the quickest of agent to get back to you, and also this estate agent like all other agents look down to those on universal credit Benefits 😔 when to be honest there is no difference to those working you can still loose your job because of extreme £10.44 an hour employer's can't offord to keep you with inflation we are all the same as long rent can be paid who cares, Landlords are just too picky and unemployed people are just branded as Doal dossers and think everyone is the same if you're not working 😕

The pictures to promote the house were amazing and with the help of the wonderful staff they sold our house in less than a week. The help and advice we got from Linda helped us through everything and she was always at the end of the phone and happy to help. If we ever went through this again lol there is only one place we would come thanks again homesearch .

FacebookWe recently sold our house with homesearch and would like to share the outstanding customer service we received. We were previously with a different estate agent but decided to move to homesearch due to poor customer service and I'm so glad we did. An estate agent can't make someone like your house and buy it, but what homesearch did was take better pictures of the house and most importantly handle the time period between the sold sign going up to the stage of completion. Linda from homesearch appeared to have the magic touch in moving mountain's in order for our sale to complete. We were faced with tricky obstacles and nothing fazed her she was determined to not let the sale fall through (which at on point it had and the house was back on the market, Linda and her quick thinking saved the day and the very next day the house was back off the market). she was all over our house sale, when I called she'd call me back, she knew who I was and knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. I can definitely say with out a shadow of a doubt if it wasn't for Stephen, Natalie and most of all Linda my family and I would not be sitting in our forever home right now. Thank you again, you have no idea how much your hard work has effected our lives. #notallheroswearcapes.
