GoogleOnce in a while you experience a service so good that you have to write a review. We had the pleasure of dealing with Julie from the rental side of the Haywood Tod ,this lady has it all integrity ,honesty and a genuine kindness shown to two myself and my wife. If Julie is the standard of this company then you cant go wrong. I would highly recommend this business .

GoogleHayward Todd are amazing. Will was incredibly professional and diligent throughout the entire process. Their eye for detail when taking the advertising photographs and the research they put into the writing of the property description were second to none. Leah and the rest of the staff in the office were always on the end of the phone when needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. GoogleI can only share an absolute 5 star review on my experience with Henry from this estate agent. I was introduced to Henry at my first appionted viewing, from there on, Henry kept in touch, listened to, and answered all my questions and concerns. Also called when other similiar properties came up that matched my requirements. Henry's patience with myself was brilliant, and with his customer service, i got the house i wanted. My only gripe is i have been so happy in my new home, that it has took 4 months to write this review. Given the service i received, i feel bad that 5 is the maximum stars i can give. Highly recommended. Next house purchase will be through Henry. And as the care shown to me when looking at homes, my sale of my house would be through them also. First class!!!.

I rarely experience such efficient, professional, flexible and friendly service and staff; I was really sad the property we took was with another agent as these guys would definitely have looked after us.

Please save yourself a lot of disappointment and stress and avoid renting a property from Hayward Tod.We rented a property that flooded twice in ten days, the landlords (Equorium Property Co) didn’t want to know, basically she couldn’t be bothered with the extra work it was apparently causing. We were constantly fobbed off, then they just stopped communicating with us altogether in hope that we would go away. We never received the compensation we were promised towards our damaged items and the extra electricity costs for drying out the property. We have never been treated so poorly and feel very very let down by Hayward Tod.It was our first time renting a property and it has certainly opened our eyes to the put up and shut up attitude, they show towards the family’s that rent from them. No empathy, no duty of care shown, it’s shameful.I just hope the next family who rent Causway House Cottage are made aware of the flood ,but I doubt this will be the case It’s all about the money!

GoogleFrom the first meeting with Will Todd, I knew my house sale was in very safe hands. Throughout the whole process, which was far from straightforward he was so very kind to me. The reception staff also were unbelievabley helpful with the purchase of my new house. I am now sitting in my new house feeling very grateful that I went with Hayward Tod. GoogleIf I could give this shower 0 stars I would. They took over the management of our property 4 years ago. The first tenant was filthy but at least he paid on time. The second tenant paid no Bill's for the 3 months they were there. Then the house lay empty for 6 months. Absolutely disgusting. Talking of disgusting, I visited the property after it had been empty for 3 months and it was utterly horrendous. My wife was inconsolable at the state of it. They actually managed to get a tenant recently, unfortunately we had to ask them to leave. We were told by these idiots that the house was pristine........ It took us 6 days to make it livable. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PROPERTY EVER TO THESE COWBOYS.

They seem incapable of the simplest of tasks, details requested, incorrect details details received. Call back requested, no call received. Upon finally getting through to someone after several attempts, a rather rude and abrupt member of staff was surprisingly (or not) incapable of answering the simplest of questions about a property they are selling. It amazes me that the simple premise of customer and supplier seems to have passed them by - I get the impression they are doing me a favour by bothering to pick up the phone.

GoogleI didn't actually move in anywhere, but I wish I did. So professional, and just nice people (specifically Julie, whom dealt with me) who are ready to help one find whatever they need. I didn't end up moving with them due to external circumstances, nothing to do with them, and when I move in the future, I'd be lucky to be dealing with someone half as good as Hayward Tod.

recently had an offer accepted on a house, which we had to ring hayward tod to find out that it had been accepted after seeing it on website as sold. we then arranged for survey to be carried out to find out that the structure of the building had issues, (material used to build) we phoned to retract our offer and so rudely spoken too and when we explained why the girl on the phone already knew about it and they tried to make out that we had been told.they had withheld information relating to the property, they knew our intentions of what we were wanting to do to the property which were impossible because of property structure.they have wasted our time and money on surveys/solicitors fees!!!

GoogleArranged a viewing with Julie, turned up late had to phone tenant and get a colleague to drop off a key, sent a e.mail to Julie asking for an application form for the property viewed and asked for a viewing on another rental also sent a text to Julie.
