GoogleFantastic estate agents, we rented with Micheal Jones over the span of a year and never had any faults with them, from the initial interaction, viewing and move in procedures we knew we were in great hands. Over the course of our tenancy they would occasionally pop by to make sure we were happy and comfortable in the property, however not too often to make us feel uncomfortable. After our tenancy finished they were super patient and helpful in regards to allowing us time to sort ourselves out, I would happily rent through their agency again. I could not speak anymore highly of them. 5 stars all around ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GoogleAn unprofessional or novice estate agent, called before our viewing appointment to ensure we could afford the house we wished to view. She had obviously forgotten about the mortgage in principal and investment statement we had emailed a week earlier. She arrived late for the viewing, did not introduce herself and was clearly in a rush to get it over with. Thankfully, we found our new home through another agent, qualified and interested in assisting us all the way through the process. Our fault really - we should have read the reviews on your agency.

GoogleWe had some good advice on selling our home from Michael Jones & Co. Prices were reasonable and a no nonsense approach made things easier, even when the purchasers started to play games. Honest, knowledgeable and professional. Many thanks.

GoogleI’ve used Michael Jones and Co. twice to date and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. When valuing my late father’s property for probate, they were very professional, sensitive and offered some very good advice relating to the vacant property and how to keep it secure until it was sold; suggestions I wouldn’t have thought of at a time when my attention was elsewhere. Following that experience, I decided to list my last property with them when I was looking to sell. Again, they were the ultimate professionals; undertook the valuation quickly and without issue, discussed their thoughts in detail with me and answered all of my questions comprehensively without making me feel obligated to list my property with them. When I did list the property with them, they kept me up to date, arranged viewings in good time and kept me appraised of the current market, thereby allowing me to make an informed decision as to whether or not offers being made were sensible. When I accepted an offer on my property, Richard worked hard to keep on top of solicitors (mine and the purchasers) to ensure the sale was swift. I was actually amazed at the amount of work that Richard undertook on my behalf behind the scenes (my solicitor filled me in), and the sale went through quickly and without issue as a result. Aswell as this, they were always prompt, would call when they said they would and would return calls promptly. Whenever I called the office, whoever happened to answer the phone was always polite and helpful, and seemed to know who I was and the property I was selling - it really added a nice personal touch. I would definitely use Michael Jones and Co again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleOriginal owner Michael Jones operates according to racist beliefs e.g. assists others in preference to BAME groups when purchasing property. Hostile and unhelpful. Degenerate stain in Wales we pity.
