GoogleAll these good reviews are fake! Keylet bribed tenants with free bottles of prosecco in exchange for 5-star reviews to cover up the real bad ones.
Contractors were constantly turning up unannounced, leaving parts of the house like the kitchen unusable for days with no warning at all. They even got paint on our cars during work and didn’t do anything about it. When we moved out, we left the place in better condition than we found it, and they still made up reasons to take money from our deposit.
To be fair, if there was an issue with the house and we reported it, they did usually sort it pretty quickly. But overall, the whole experience was disappointing- living up to their reputation.

GoogleHighly recommended. I had student friends new to Cardiff wanting to rent a house so they could all stay together. The transition was smooth and hassle free, the accommodation was perfect. Millie was amazing and efficient dealing with all queries with a high degree of professionalism and warmth. After their tenancy I asked them if they got their deposit back in full and the answer was a resounding yes!! Well done Keylet!!

GoogleThey give out prosecco for 5* reviews but the house was dirty and unsafe, and they still try to keep your deposit!
Our house had no hot water or heating through winter, was covered in mould and rising damp (which eventually meant a tenant moved out early), and the downstairs street-facing bedroom had no blinds until 3 months in (which was promised to be completed during the month we paid half rent without living there). Also the fire door, that we first reported as missing a handle and unable to close when we first moved in, was not fixed until 2 months before the end of our tenancy DESPITE being told by environmental health months prior!!!
Without considering these issues with the house, they charged us a cleaning fee from our deposit despite the house being in a cleaner condition than when we assumed tenancy. The house had clearly not been cleaned before we moved in as there were personal items from previous tenants including socks in the wardrobes and bottles in the garden, and a mouldy pizza in the black bin which had been hidden under a black bag.
Genuinely please spare yourself the energy, one student to another 🤢

Googlehad an absolutely disgusting experience with them. my key was not present during the time i had maoved in and i was told 3 times to come back and for it to be sorted. the third time i came back i was told the key doesn’t exist. i asked how long they new as they were having me go on a goose chase for the whole day yet all i got back was a bald angry little man yelling at me. absolutely vile and disgusting. GoogleI booked a viewing 4 times, 1st time they called me to confirm the time/place 2 hr before the viewing, 2nd time they forgot to even book the viewing, 4th time (different property) they didn't show up at all, did not respond to calls/emails either. They tried lying to me that they only had 1 property available at my price range, when later I found another one on the internet which was £150 cheaper. Also, the property I viewed went down in price 1 month after I did the viewing. So basically they lie to get the money out of you, and they are unprofessional and disrespectful. 👎

GoogleIt's a shame I can't give 0 stars. Keylet is the most toxic, vile, mismanaged, incompetent, and all-round awful organisation I have ever has the misfortune of dealing with. The staff all range from lazy and carless at best to arrogant and rude at worst...I don't know how they can be happy that this is what they do for a living, maybe the self-loathing causes it? Avoid Keylet like the plague.
