Five-Star Review for Martin at Harris and Burt. Cowbridge and Cardiff. If you need a property agent who provides truly personal, dedicated service, look no further than Martine at Harris and Birt who have offices in Cardiff and Cowbridge. As a tenant at 15 Geoffrey Ashe Court from June 2024 to January 2026, I had occasion to contact her on numerous occasions (well over half a dozen times) for maintenance and supply issues at my one-bedroom flat. Every single time, Martin's response was swift, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took personal ownership of every problem, ensuring resolutions were quick and thorough. Her attention to detail and genuine care turned what could have been frustrations into seamless fixes. This level of consistent, attentive service over such a long tenancy is remarkable especially noticeable in this age of frustrating chatbots wherever you dial. In all honesty, after using a couple of the top line estate agents to sell our property we decided to use Harris & Birt and I’m so glad we did. Our property was marketed for 12 months + with other agents and their selling techniques were appalling whereas Tommy & Caroline went above & beyond to get the sale on our house. I recently became a tenant with Harris & Birt, I've never used this estate agent before but after such a smooth, fast, straightforward process I would highly recommend everyone to them. I can recommend Harris & Birt very highly. I moved to them last year, for full management of my rental property. After too many years with a well-known high street agent, I have no regrets and would encourage other Landlords do the same, if unhappy with their current managing Agent. Communication has been excellent at every stage, with no need to leave countless voicemails or chase responses. Martine was my first point of contact, and I knew then that I had made the right move (pardon the pun!). Caroline kept me informed of every viewing, making sure that the right tenant was matched to my property. Since the tenancy started, Lauren has taken over, and she is just as lovely!
