Crofts Davies and Co Cardiff reviews

Absolutely the best estate agency we've ever dealt with! From the moment we viewed the property, everything moved incredibly quickly, we had our offer accepted in principle just two days later, and all checks were completed within a week. We went from viewing to moving in within a month! Any small issues with the property were resolved swiftly, often the same day or within 24 hours. The whole team is friendly, professional, and genuinely personable. A special thank you to Jonathan and the lovely, lovely Bethan, you both made the process so smooth and welcoming. We're so happy with the service that we plan to stay with them as tenants for the long term. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We had a wonderful experience with this estate agency. Absolutely top class customer service, due care and attention was faultless and the support and guidance was fantastic. Moving house is one of the most stressful things to do but they made the process so much easier for us. We are delighted! Thank you so much!

We were tenants at a property that was managed by Croft Davies and Co. Throughout our whole experience we do not have a bad word to say about them. Any issues we had with the property were solved with professionalism and efficiency. The house was well managed and we were able to get hold of them with ease. Couldn't recommend a better service from an estate agents, especially throughout lockdown. Thank you again.

One in a million

I needed a new home for me and my Guide Dog. After being refused by so many agencies in Cardiff these guys were a breath of fresh air. From paying my deposit to moving in only took two weeks! When you find a gem hold onto them tight, really good agents. Diolch yn Fawr!

The team here are second to none. Such a family feel to the way I was dealt with. Jonathan and the girls are so friendly, helpful but most of all, the listen and don't try to baffle you with psychobabble. Excellent range of properties and from what I hear, they are excellent letting managers.

Having rented through about 6 different agencies, this was by far the best experience I had. They wee quick to respond to and handle any issues. Unlike many others they were very fair when it came to checking out and deposits.

They were my letting agents for two years and they were great. I have rented in Cardiff for eleven years and Crofts Davies & co are a cut above the rest.

The people are very nice but I am currently a tenant and their communication skills leave much to be desired. I've also got a couple of odd jobs that have been outstanding for a few weeks and I have to constantly chase.
