Lived at a Cardiff Student Lettings property in my final year of university at Cardiff. The property was cheap to rent and had everything we needed. The letting agent always responded to any issues we had with the property, from replacing our oven to giving us the spare keys when someone locked themselves out of their room. They were quick and reasonable with the return of our deposit. The letting agency also gave me a good rental reference which enabled me to secure a flat in London where my graduate job is based. Would recommend to groups of students looking for a cheap place to rent in Cardiff.

The staff at Cardiff Student Letting were so lovely and really helped me out throughout the entire process. They listened to my needs and preferences over the phone and helped me find a fantastic apartment that met all of my requirements (eventhough I left it to the last minute to find somewhere!). Ignore the bad reviews, highly recommend!

Tried to set up a viewing of my room when I had already signed a contract with them for the next year. The specifically stated my room number in the text that they sent to only one of the house members

Hi Chris, sorry for the confusion but the viewing was for the 5 available rooms in your house, not your room. We text all tenants, but the contact number you gave us is your family home phone - to let everyone know. We'll always inform the entire house even if we're not looking at some individual rooms.

Terrible. Would always come into the home without warning all tenants and then enter rooms without consent. They also took a key deposit that they’re refusing to give back. Avoid at all costs.

Rented a house from 2011-2013 and I was bitterly disappointed. They took the landlord's side in every instance and did not support the (major) issues we had with structural problems of the building.
