Ria Morris was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of my property purchase. From the very first viewing to completion, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Ria was always on hand to answer my questions, chase updates, and keep everything moving forward. Buying a home can be stressful, but her communication, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience much smoother. She went above and beyond to make sure I was informed at every stage and never made me feel like just another transaction. What really stood out was her responsiveness and genuine willingness to help. Me and my partner are first time buyers, and after having trouble with our first mortgage advisor getting us a lender who benefited her company and herself in the long run while me and my partner got the worse end of the deal, we came across Allen & Harris and found a new advisor who suited us better and found better lenders for us. However, that person has since moved on from the company and Kinga Laker- Kiss who is the Mortgage services manager took over mine and my partners application for us. From the first meeting with Allen & Harris to our mortgage offer coming through, it’s been nothing but plain sailing. Kinga has been absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot. She helped us with understanding everything that was needed and explained everything clear and thoroughly for us, as we didn’t have a clue on where to start or how anything worked being first time buyers. I highly recommend using Allen & Harris, as they’re very professional, very thorough, and care about their customers. Not a single negative thing I could say about this company or Kinga in whole. It’s been easy and straight forward and we couldn’t be happier 🙂

I went to Allan&Harris on Albany Road, during my visit, Liam Tresilian made some racial comments to me that he clearly thought were humorous. He was laughing while delivering his inappropriate remarks, seemingly oblivious to the discomfort he caused. Instead of fostering a welcoming atmosphere, his comments only served to highlight the insensitivity that can sometimes be present in social interactions. This experience left me feeling deeply ashamed and very uncomfortable, as I couldn't help but question why such remarks were deemed acceptable in any context. It was disheartening to encounter such ignorance, especially in a setting where I expected to feel safe and respected. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness, and it was disappointing to witness such a lack of awareness regarding the impact of words.

Completely dedicated to supporting us through each stage from advertising to ensuring the exchange and completion went super smooth. We would like to certainly recommend Zara, who was incredible at keeping us informed on every stage, giving us the feedback from each viewing to ensuring that we achieved the best price for our property and keeping us informed as the sale progressed to the final stages. The worst letting agent ever

The worst letting agent ever. They cannot manage your property and are very rude and provide the worst customer service ever. Being with this letting agent has been a nightmare, instead of helping landlords the so called letting manager Tiffany was very rude and explains she’s not a mind reader. She would never answer calls, disregard emails and also accidentally replies to a chain of emails to her colleague but includes us to say how we are ridiculous. Tiffany is so unprofessional and the service provided was appalling. We will never be using this letting agent and recommend not to use unless you want your house to be destroyed and not to have any support from the lettings agent you put your trust in to manage and maintain your property and to have the most appalling service. Stay clear and actually get your moneys worth with another agent.

We used Allen and Harris Whitchurch to sell our property and whilst a little more expensive than local competitors, were very impressed with the service we received from Steve and the team. Of note: • Photos were arranged quickly and came out great. • They provided us with a prompt update after every viewing and followed up with potential offers in an informed manner, offering the viewer detailed information to reassure them on any concerns or reservations they were having. • After we accepted an offer, they acted as a fantastic contact point to provide updates up and down the chain. They were as in the loop with our solicitors as we were, so there was great transparency between us and our buyers throughout. I think this was key to us being able to progress to completion fairly quickly. We wouldn't hesitate recommending them for anyone looking to sell their property in the area.

Read the Contract!

I employed this company to sell a house. After 6 months and no sensible offers, I terminated their contract. A few months later, I sold the house through another agent, who were brilliant. However it turned out that the eventual buyers had seen the house originally several months before through Allen and Harris. The next thing I knew was their high powered solicitors demanding full payment of their selling fees, which according to their contract I have to pay indefinitely after they have sown anyone the house. This is criminal and they should be ashamed of themselves putting a clause like that in a legal contract. So beware, read all the small print. Don't use Allen and Harris as they are absolutely useless.

Poor, poor service

I recently asked for a Home Report to be e mailed, someone st their office decided to phone to arrange a viewing, they couldn’t get through because they dialed the wrong number. I explained I wanted to see the Home Report before arranging a viewing and adked, for the second time, van I have the Home Report, again this didn’t arrive, I gave it another go and still nothing happened.
