GoogleWilson Wood made it easy to sell our property, valued it at the highest out of 6 estate agents that we had round. Sold within 3 days of going live. I liked that there was no pressure to sign up with them, no unnecessary flattering etc. Just honest, no nonsense advice and a good knowledge of the local housing market. Darren is really down to earth and it was his manner that made us sign with Wilson Wood. George was our Sales Progressor. He always answered our calls straight away and kept us updated. The whole process from accepting offer to completion took 10 weeks.

The property was listed on the same day as Darren came to value the property and was sold within 24 hours. Leah done an amazing job. Also thanks to George on chasing up solicitors and dealing with any questions we had. A great team, will highly recommend to anyone looking for a no-nonsense, professional Estate Agents with a family feel. Thank you all again.

GoogleHad the experience of a valuation of my property. Needless to say they was on time just about the only good thing. The valuers showed lack of effort and enthusiasm about the property and certainly not good sales people or people promoting wilson wood. Then we come to the humiliating valuation. Now iv had approx 6 estate agents round all varying in a 5k price range but remarkably wilson woods valuation was done by a junior and valued at 35k less than the rest. To top things off I showed interest in one of there marketed properties to be discussed at valuation but this never happened either. Conclusion I certainly won't be using wilson wood for my current property

GoogleWe had excellent service through Wilson Wood, they came round on a Friday to take pictures and the property had sold by Monday, so you can't beat that. Always really helpful when we called in and if someone wasn't available when we called, we always got a call back that same day. Leah and George were top notch as well - would definitely use them again!

GoogleReally not happy phoned and enquired for a property last week got told we were first in line to view the property and we meet the requirements and if we liked it to make a holding deposit as there were other people interested and to view,got there last wensday viewed it and was told by the guy at the property if you like it to let him know by Friday and to pay a holding deposit by Friday as other people were viewing,so we phoned said we liked it on the day and can we pay the holding deposit to secure it,we then got told by another colleague on the phone the holding deposit was actually to use for referencing as there were other people viewing and then the landlord hasto decide🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Lucky we didn't hand our notice in to our landlord as was told and to make feel we could have it and was told you could move in within the month as we haveto organise things our end!!!!!! Drove 1hour and a half to have our hopes up so glad we didn't hand our notice in very scary!!!!!!! Fuminggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!!

GoogleI'm not happy about my flat 5 Ashleighs is so many issues and mold and damp and are widow are broken down is about to fall off the wall nothing they can do about be nice having a 2 bedroom calvary island rent too I just makes my metal Heathly is worse I allways get Heathly vister come over check and is not good for me leaving here is mold keep come back
