WOW! Is pretty much all i can say. Thank you SO much Lucy, for your help with finding me a mortgage! The service was flawless, always on the end of the phone if needed (which was quite often - sorry!) and provided me with all the information I needed to understand and make informed decisions on mortgage and lenders. I cannot recommend Charlotte, Lee and the rest of the team at Premier enough. They have been brilliant throughout and even when we lost our first buyers after several weeks and were really disappointed, Charlotte reassured us they would resell it quickly. Sure enough, that same day Lee had arranged 5 viewings for the following day. The 2nd viewers put in an offer at just under the asking price within 20 minutes of viewing, we were thrilled and luckily back on track again. Premier have also sold our buyers property to first time buyers and fingers crossed our relatively small chain is now progressing smoothly towards completion. We cannot recommend the team at Premier highly enough. Charlotte and the team could not have been more helpful, supportive and always there to answer any questions in a clear and concise manner and they kept us up to date with everything as it happend. Lucy helped us secure our mortgage on our previous property and once again went the extra mile to help us with our new mortgage. Premier really do live up to their name and set a high standard which most other agents can only aspire to.

Charlotte spent a significant amount time ensuring the photo's taken were absolutely the best they could be to show my property off at its best and diligently ensured she had every piece of information available to go into the advert. From the moment I listed with them I had a steady stream of viewings, received multiple offers to consider and accepted an offer in just over a week. They communicated with me every step of the way (I didn't once have to chase them), supported the viewing process where needed and ensured I received timely feedback. Charlotte and Lee were absolutely lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend Premier Estates to anyone buying or selling.

Charlotte and her team were great. She got my home on the market the very next day and then the team worked hard to research clients who would be interested in my property. I was made an offer within 2 weeks of my property being put on the market which I accepted. I was able to go to the office anytime I had questions regarding paperwork I received. They were also able to forwarded paperwork to my on line conveyancing team.

I see they've removed my review, interesting! My review revolved around their unprofessional behaviour and their true lack of understanding of what a private road is and who provides what services! We were asked to pay a deposit when we made our offer on the bungalow, to show we had genuine interest in buying! After finding out it was on a private road and withdrawing our offer, they refused to return the deposit. I had to take advice from the ombudsman to get our deposit back. Deposits on offered properties isn't a thing with all agencies, in fact, we offered on 4 since then, we've never been asked again for a deposit. I was told the property we had offered on wasn't on a private road as the bins are collected every week!! I had to explain the differences between local council services and county.NegativeProfessionalism
