GoogleI have dealt with many rental agents previously and I have to say in the last few years I have found Heales to be reliable and consistent with payments Inventory checks (in and outs )and Importantly where many other agents fall down quarterly checks that give me as a Landlord piece of mind .Finally contractors they have recomended have also been very good and reasonable.

GoogleHad a booking to go see a house in Canvey. Was within about a 50 meters of the house but couldn't find it as the postcodes the estate agent sent me wouldn't work on my SatNav. Took me 10 minutes of driving up and down roads to find the property. Never even got a check call off the estate agent to see if I was still coming to view the house. Or if I had gotten lost or was struggling to find it. Wasted fuel both up and back to view a property I wouldn't of gotten to view due to poor poor customer service. They didn't even leave me a contact number to phone if I was going to be running late. The only number you could ring was a number that brought you to an automated answer machine. As the timing for my viewing was out of the office opening hours. This has really been unfair on me and my partner as we were extremely excited to come view the property only to be given a terrible experience and lack of care for customers. Thanks Heale for nothing!
