Through a very frustrating time towards the end of the move (due to further along the chain) they always answered my messages and questions in a very quick time and always kept me informed.
At times I felt if it wasn't for them that part of the exchange would not have gone through when it did.

From the beginning Ella & Ella Rose kept us updated to date with all viewings & feedback. Once offers happened Emma & Chris had to work their socks off negotiating with very tricky buyers which wasn’t helped by the estate agent for the Jewish community who complicated things & made their job process so much more stressful than it needed to be. Emma & Chris shielded us as buyers from the stress caused as much as they could & it was so good to feel like we had people on our side, we will always appreciate this.
Once a sale was agreed the wonderful Jayden & Emma got on board. They liaised with other agents & solicitors in such a professional way & were always feeding back to us what was happening.
