GoogleWe were only thinking about moving and I had done a few on-line valuations of our property. Rico was the only person to call me to discuss the valuation and after meeting with him, we decided to put it on the market with Anthony Quirk, even though we were based in Benfleet and they are in Canvey. Rico worked tirelessly and professionally to find us a suitable buyer, organising a successful Open House.
Everyone at Anthony Quirk works closely together, the level of communication and individual knowledge is excellent. I never felt as if I was interrupting anything, they gave me their full attention. Georgia on sales progression was excellent, especially when we were close to completing our sale, but things weren't moving - I did call and email her a lot and she was so patient with me and sorted our buyers delay so we could proceed.
Moving house is very, very stressful, but they all helped to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible - I would recommend them.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThis company has no clue about the price in Canvey. They list houses for 100k less compare with everything around 55 mile just to have more sales to grow revenue. How seller can get so fooled by those with no idea how to price a house. Had them around as well to see how much my house will be worth and believe me they are incompetent just like scammers. I am the seller and this is my honest review. When I even bought a house I didn't go through wi them used other local one. Now make sense this dirty business to pretend they are running.
