FacebookRecently sold my house through Flint & Co and thoroughly recommend them. Through no fault of Flints the chain broke down 6 times over a period of almost 2 years, but Yvonne and Adele were always on there at the other end of the phone to talk things through and help keep my spirits up. We got there in the end, thank you ladies x

GoogleThe Benchmark in estate agents! If you are looking to sell your property don’t think twice……….Flints are everything you want from a Property agent. I recently bought a property through their agency and the whole process was manged with perfection. Adele kept me informed throughout the process, with sometimes daily or weekly updates. It was refreshing to see an agent deal with both sides (buyer and seller) with the same commitment which is a first for me when usually you feel a noticeable bias towards the seller they act for. My purchase was a complicated one and without Adele the process could have fell down. She kept the adhesion between all parties assisting with documentation to keep momentum as the seller’s solicitors were rather sluggish to say the least. Worth taking into consideration……….Bigger brands employ people who don’t necessarily adopt the company ethos and commitment. With Flints you work with the owners of the business and this matters big time when you want things to happen! Well done Flints and the team, well done Adele, you are setting a high standard there, something to be proud of..

GoogleWORST ESTATE AGENTS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!!!! we where constantly doing there job running around ringing up after them as they never ring you back when they say they will. On completion of the sale we asked a few weeks in advance if we could have an estate agent let us in the property to take measurments for bathroom, kitchens, windows etc. We was told they would "Call us back" a week had passed and we had rang them several times so we rang them again on the day before we got the keys as it was the only full day my mom had booked off to get things done. The lady said "there is only one of us in today" THERE ONLY HAS BEEN ONE PERSON IN THE ESTATE AGENTS SINCE DAY DOT! she said shed call us back to see if anyone could come out too us. Any ways hours had passed she Never got back to us what a suprise so we rang her first of all she hung up on is when we told her it was us. Then we called her back and we told her how upset that no one ever bothers to call us back and she laughed and said "ok lovely" and hung up!! Rude doesnt describe the company. Im so angry with how disrespectful they have been! Id never reccomend them!!

GoogleWe met with Mrs Quinney on Saturday morning. Both Mrs Foden and I were extremely impressed with her professionalism but above this both her honesty and integrity. Adele would agree that we live in a rather unique property than is not easily valued. Adele talked us through comparables and gave us a valuation that's achievable. But also solid advice. In fact advice which can only be described as sincere. At this moment in time Adele suggested that we may be better off enjoying our property for a few more years. That said and done whatever we decide to do Flint and Co will have our business.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleThe team and Flint & Co have been an amazing support whilst I purchased my first house. I think I have spoken to Yvonne more than my family this last 6 months. She has with out fail kept me updated weekly on the progress of my purchase, despite multiple delays in the process due to the sellers solicitor Yvonne has remained positive and supportive throughout. Adele chased down my keys on completion day so I could get into the property ASAP and was huge support in the days after completion. The service provided by the whole team has been exceptional!! GoogleHave been trying to get a viewing on a house for approaching two weeks. Despite assurances i'd be contacted back with an appointment i've heard nothing. All attempts to visit at times when i'm not at work have been met with the response 'we can't do it'. Don't seem remotely interested in trying to sell. Oddest estate agents i've encountered.
