GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. I have dealt with them for well over 10 yrs. Tim and the team have looked after all my properties, whether it be letting management, valuations, buying or selling. Tim has always given good advice when I have needed it and nothing ever seems to much trouble. Highly recommended.

GoogleWe have frequently used the survey department and we cant praise them enough. The quick turnaround that they provide, the friendly service from the admin staff and the accurate reports from the surveyors. I would like to especially say thanks to Jackie, Debbie and Rob! GoogleI strongly do not recommend renting through this company at all. With poor communication from members of staff, lacking information needed upon initial rental process and the general state of the property moving into being very unhygienic. This all led to a very stressful experience and would definitely not use them again.

GooglePoor communication of change in status of property led to rushed and wasted 2.5 hour journey, poorly managed expectations of the viewing and opportunities to make offer. Agent was abrupt and unsympathetic of buyer disappointment. Will avoid buying property listed with them in future.

At no point were you given deadlines by ourselves, the timeframe to which we were working had been pre-agreed between yourself and the landlord. GooglePlease just avoid at all costs absolutely rubbish they ring you back days after you ring them and when you question them about it they say well I had nothing to update you with!!! Yer well I had questions to ask!! One lady in particular was so rude to me she made me cry I ended up putting the phone down because I couldn’t cope any more, it’s a stressful thing to do buy and sell what you need is help!! most estate agents don’t have a wonderful rep but this is next level rubbish!! Can’t slate them enough!!!! If I could give no stars I would have!!
