I am a sub contractor with winkworth, I have been very happy with the managing director to the employees like Swati the maintenance director. The works come with schedules and list which is so easy and efficient to work with. I complete the works , i invoice the payments and payment come straight away. This is why I’m dedicated and focussed with working with winkworth.

GoogleNice enough on the phone and effective communication, but I felt a lot of pressure to exchange and complete earlier than I was comfortable with (due to Covid-19 and being in lockdown in another country), which I made clear on several occasions. The post-completion help has been poor to say the least - always worth remembering the estate agent works for the seller, not the buyer!
