Worst commercial letting agent ever. Savills did not care about the tenants at all. Maybe it is because I am in the affordable space. They have construction work frequently without noticing us. They play around with air conditioning without telling us either. The lady that is responsible even avoiding us by having receptionist lie for her saying she was on holiday.

The whole experience was excellent. It was a tricky sale, selling my mother's house with all the family, with their sometimes conflicting views, to keep happy, but Jamie and other staff made the whole process as easy as it could possibly have been. I could not speak more highly of Savills.

GoogleI have been a professional landlord for over 30 years and having worked with around 25 different letting agents, I can highly recommend Savills. The latest letting they have arranged for me came with an excellent service. They took very good photographs of the property quickly, produced excellent details and were fast onto the market and within days had found me the perfect tenant. I was assisted by Lauren and Paige in the Hampstead office, both superb. I do use more than one lettings agent but Savills are in my top four. Terrible experience renting from Savills. They are withholding a portion of our deposit despite the inventory checkout report stating the property was returned in the same condition as it was when we moved in. I’ve heard horror stories about them before but didn’t expect the treatment to be this unfair and common procedure.
We take great pride is providing an excellent service so to hear we have fallen short of your expectations is disappointing to say the least.
