A Huge Thank You for 5 Star service!

We approached Mike and Francesca in December to register for rental properties and even in a market distorted by Covid, that was proving so challenging with very few properties that were suitable for us coming on to the market, by early January we had secured a great place with the space we needed and the location we wanted! Mike went over and above, his attention to our application was first class and we wouldn't have secured it without the critical line of communication he built up between us and the landlords and then latterly with the referencing team. This level of service has continued now that we have moved in, with any issues (and there are very few!) being attended to promptly. We would highly recommend Mike's and Savills service and can't thank them enough!

[Resolved] They don't uphold their legal obligations.

Staff were really helpful at the beginning, giving us all the information we need to make a reservation. However, we ended up cancelling the reservation during a 14-day cooling off period. The development is 345 Park Place.This was over 45 days ago, and we still don't have our refund back! They simply don't uphold their legal obligations! Think a thousand times before engaging with Savills in any shape or form.--UPDATE: For full transparency, I have sent them further information about my case to the email they provided below on 14th of March 2023--UPDATE (moved the rating from 1 star to 3 stars)They did get in touch with me and established a direct connection between me and the builder, which resolved the problem quickly and I have received my refund.
