GoogleThanks to Helen at Property Divas I was able to buy my dream home! She was great at helping me get my offer through. She has been speedy and prompt in arranging viewings and visits back and forth to the property, at short notice, in communicating efficiently with the vendor from the beginning to completion. I can highly recommend their professional services whether you are buying or selling your home. Thank you

GoogleSharron and her team really go above and beyond. A real pleasure to work with, they are very proactive and excellent with tenants and contractors. They have taken the pain out of property management and i thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleAbove and beyond is simply the only way to describe the excellent service and work conducted by Property Divas. Helen managed a complex sale for me in NW3 and could not have been more professional, understanding and patient. This sale was challenging at times and Helen maintained and provided a supportive, direct and informed approach throughout. Communication and dialogue was clear and almost instantaneous every step of the way ultimately achieving a positive result. The bottom line is if you require an estate agent look no further than Property Divas - just exceptional!

GoogleProperty Divas handled the renovation of our flat in NW3 in 2023 and did an excellent job. I strongly recommend the firm's renovation service. Being based abroad, I felt nervous about taking on such a project from afar, but I was also worried about outsourcing it. However, I have no regrets and I am delighted with the results. Our flat, which had looked a bit outdated, has been transformed and is now a beautiful, elegant space which is ready to rent out. We have a sleek new kitchen, a new colour scheme for the carpets, blinds and walls, lovely lighting, fitted cupboards, new appliances and an improved energy rating. Helen at Property Divas works with a great team of electricians, plumbers, tilers, painters and decorators, engineers, as well as house clearers & movers. She had excellent ideas and suggestions for updating our flat, whether choosing a beautiful shade of paint for the walls or creating a particular style of kitchen, she helped us to set a budget and timetable, and she paid close attention to detail. Helen took charge of all aspects of the renovation and made sure everything was done correctly: she gave me regular updates, ran all the decisions past me to make sure I was happy, and kept a tight rein on costs.

GoogleIn the last twelve years I have moved a number of times around the UK and dealt with several agencies, but my most recent move was through Property Divas, and what an absolute breath of fresh air they have been. PD stands out miles apart from the rest - the lovely ladies & gents of PD are personable, friendly, will try to help no matter what the issue or query, as soon as possible, and always with a smile. I never knew this kind of service was an option! I would highly recommend them above any other agency out there.
Thank you for the feedback

GoogleThey are slow to address any issues with the flat. Come up with excuses why things are not done in time. They are all over the place and inconsistent. Basically like any other London estate agent!

Google5 stars isn’t enough to review Helen @ Property Divas as my experience with her was completely different from all other agents. She is trustworthy, professional, fair, communicates so clearly/ straight. I am sure she has created many other ' win -win situations' for both seller & buyer.' During my home search for 2 months I have viewed more than 40 properties and met 20 agents. Until I have met Helen I have given up to meet any genuine agents. I had to be constantly on alert whenever I communicated with agents since often I found them ' only commission driven ' and communicated vaguely when there were any negative aspect of the property. I was extremely lucky to have met Helen whom I have trusted straight away. She made my dream come true. I have called 2 well-known locksmiths upon my moving in, they both said Property Diva has put everything correctly/in line with regulation to make the residents safe. I know it is more costly to strictly follow the regulation but this is one of the examples how trust worthy they are. I hope Property Diva will change the culture of the property market and thus many people will be able to have very pleasant and happy experience like me.

GoogleThis professional, energised and kind team have been my property agents for 7 years. They’ve made moving in and moving out and the years in between a very happy experience. Always on call to help (within reason), happy to revert to common sense and always respectful to all concerned. I’ve sent a few messages saying farewell and thank you. I found the time and compunction to do that! Wouldn’t normally. Best company. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleProperty Diva's are a complete cut above the rest! Never in my life have I worked with such caring, professional experts in property management! They are absolutely On it like a car bonnet!!! Sharron herself is an absolute perfectionist and really takes true pride and care in her work. I can honestly say that as an estate agent myself working with an outside instructed company managing the property that I was letting for an overseas landlord this was a breeze in park. I only wish we had such amazing people in our own property management team. Hats off ladies absolutely amazing work :D I hope to work along side you again in the future.PositiveQuality

GoogleThe whole team at Property Divas always are excellent. My experience as a tenant is that in the unlikely event of anything needing repairing they act very promptly. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to let a property, sell or when looking for rented accommodation. They are first class.

GoogleMisleading and deceptive services offered on website. When speaking with them on the phone they deny they offer such services as property or block management or letting service. A discriminatory tone was evident.
I am shocked and saddened to read this Mark, and as such there must be some misunderstanding. The person you actually spoke to heads up the accounts department. I have not in 15 years seen such comments about the team here as every enquiry is valued by us and is the foundation upon which we have built our business. You sadly terminated the conversation before we were able to suggest a solution. I can see you have left a similar review for another agent and I am therefore keen to assist you and invite you to make contact with me directly on helen@propertydivas.com so that I might assist you in finding the service/s you seek, be that through myself, or another. I will be pleased to organise to meet you and very much welcome hearing from you. Kind regards, Helen Duncan, Co-Director

GoogleExceptional service from Property Divas renting a property from them. Unlike almost all other estate agents I have dealt with, they made no attempt to over-sell, and gave a very fair assessment and presentation of options available on both occasions I have been looking to move house. During the tenancy the team was extremely responsive in fixing maintenance issues, and transparent move in and move out processes. Michelle, Laxmi and Sharron provided terrific service throughout my tenancy! Highly recommend.

GoogleI was very lucky to find Property Divas 6 years ago. I have been letting my flat for more than 25 years using several agents but was never really pleased. Property Divas is an exceptional agency, they have provided me with an amazing service quality, everyone there is very professional and dedicated and most friendly, always finding the best solutions when needed. I never thought such an agency can be found, well above my expectations. Thank you Divas!

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of meeting Helen from Property Divas on a property transaction. I have been very impressed with her knowledge, commitment, customer care and willingness to go the extra mile. I have dealt with many agents over the years, but would struggle to name one I would recommend more than Property Divas.
