GoogleHere was our first experience of rent in the UK. As we are students from korea , we were not familiar with how to rent in the UK.. But she helped a lot and got involved in everything for us even though it was not her job😭😭 We are so appreciate it 💗 we continually keep in touch with her and she still gave a bunch of useful words🥰 If we didn’t choose martin and co we never get that amazing experience! Both of them have been really helpful from the beginning by assisting in finding a property that meets our requirements, all the way through to signing and adjusting in the property. Kyla was incredibly punctual, provided clear and fast communication, and was very accomodating to our needs in a crazy competitive market - without her, I’m sure I would still be on the house hunt! I couldn’t recommend either more highly!

GoogleMartin and Co were successful in selling my flat, unlike the previous 2 agents I had used. We had an honest conversation about offers I would accept which helped me to get where I needed to get to. Although the process took longer than I would have liked, one intervention in particular from James helped to move the sale forward with the buyer and I appreciated this.
