Trustpilot has removed a valuable review for no reason that was provided for my business. They said the reviewer`s identity was questionable, however, after both me and the reviewer proved identity, Trustpilot has not put the review back. I have contacted Trustpilot about that and they have not even responded to me. Trustpilot causes damage to businesses by such ignorant actions, tough they say they "want Trustpilot to be the universal symbol of trust". This is a joke!

I mean it might be nice if the scores really meant anything but as far it goes im not entirely happy nor entirely mad. The thing that irks me the i just started posting reviews for the apps I was using and by the time I got to my second app review over the course of not even a week they pulled it and had me do some dumb crap like prove I was a user with x amount of screen shots and frankly I feel my personal info should have not been needed as to how I was enrolled or used the app I reviewed but yet I complied with their shenanigans and power trip on regulatory inspections or reviews. I mean seriously, how tf do flag a person's second review and talk down to them in emails make them do a buncha horsesh*t to get it reposted and then not roll out an apology or some kind of kind words for them going above and beyond for you as an entity to get some kind of I dont know maybe fetish fulfilled who tf knows. All I do know is I haven't reviewed another thing until it gave me an option to review you as a whole. So 2 stars should probably be one, but you are gonna a second because I feel if it was just a 1 you would filter/flush this rating and it not hold any water. So here you sit in my sights as a big old number 2. We all know what a number two is right? Stinks? Flies love it..sometimes we step in it. Review this and leave it up for as far as I can see nothing to harm or hurt anybody or anything was posted. This is for one the right we are entitled to. Speech and expressing it albeit a bit passionately but expressed i did. Ciao!

As a first time landlord myself, I was quite nervous and clear on the types of tenants I would like and Daniel was super patient and knowledgeable explaining each step of the way so it was as seamless process as possible.
