GoogleLiz has managed my rental property in London for over 10 years. As a landlord living abroad it is essential to have an agent that can manage all the problems large and small and Liz is perfect for the job. She sorts out any issues in the property (including sourcing replacements for furniture and appliances) as well as coordinating the inspections and sorting out the paperwork to remain compliant with regulations. She has always managed to rent out the property at a good price to tenants who have not caused any problems.
Having previously used the large letting agencies, dealing with different people every week who managed remotely using a rotating list of trades people, it has been a huge improvement talking to one person who does it all.
I highly recommend Liz.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience as tenant. Notably, the handling of checkout needs serious improvement. Liz employed the use of someone with existing working relationships (doing repair work in the flat) with this landlord. This situation brought along much hardship for myself and could have been avoided if a third-party agency who had no previous interactions with myself or the landlord would have been utilized instead.
