Aleksandra was absolutely incredible throughout our entire moving process. From the very beginning, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made herself available for all our questions, always honest, patient, and reassuring. What truly stood out was during our second tour: Aleksandra took the time to walk my young children around the property, showing them each space with such care and detail. She made them feel so involved and excited about the move, and to this day, they still talk about the things she taught them about our new home. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made a stressful time feel joyful and supported. We are so grateful for her and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Aleksandra!

I recently rented an apartment through Lexingtons and had a great experience from start to finish. Aleksandra was fantastic from the very first messages, always responsive, clear, and reassuring, and she made the whole process feel smooth and easy. As it was my first time renting an apartment in London, I was naturally a bit nervous, but Aleksandra and the team took the time to answer all my questions and guide me through each step with professionalism and kindness. Everything was handled efficiently, and I always felt supported and well informed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Lexingtons to anyone looking to rent in London.

Lexingtons have been so professional, communicative and transparent throughout our renting process. We really felt taken care of and not in any kind of game like some estate agents can make you feel. Aleksandra was just a delight to work with from start to end. Highly recommend her service.

I’ve had the pleasure of both renting and selling a property through Lexingtons, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the whole team was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. When I first rented through them, they made everything simple and transparent, keeping me updated at every stage and quickly resolving any queries I had. Later, when it came to selling my property, they showed the same commitment and efficiency. Their knowledge of the market was clear, their advice was spot-on, and the communication throughout was excellent. What stood out most was their personal approach, I always felt like more than just another client. They listened, they delivered, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and confident in every decision. I would highly recommend Lexingtons to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell. A truly five-star experience!

I recently found a new renting property through Lexingtons. I am impressed with the level of service provided by Aleksandra, my letting agent. She has been very friendly and professional throughout the entire rental process. Communication has been great, with Aleksandra providing me with all the necessary details and keeping me up-to-date on progress at every step of the way. Alex has been responsive, promptly answering any questions I had. She offered both in-person and virtual viewings of the property with all the necessary details provided. She kept me informed about the progress of arranged viewings, application processes, and communication with the landlord. Overall, I would recommend Alex to anyone who is moving and struggling with the rental process for her level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

We've had an excellent experience working with Lexingtons. Amit took time to thoroughly understand what we were looking for, only suggested apartments that were a good fit for us, and helped us find the dream home fast. Aleksandra was in the absolute top of agents we've worked with: super responsive, straight-forward, very open and honest, didn't rush us, the priority was making sure we found the right place for us. We warmly recommend Lexingtons to anyone looking to live in the area!

I used Lexingtons Estate Agents recently to move to a new place and the experience couldn't have been better. Shout out to Aleksandra, she has been really supportive and replied to all our queries really quick and unlike other Estate Agencies, what you see in the pictures/videos of the properties, actually matches reality. They made our transition simple and so far we have 0 complains. I recommend them 100% if you are looking for a new property to rent. It was great having Lexingtons as my estate agents. Aleksandra was super nice and found me my perfect property after months of looking in a market that is especially hard at the moment. The service feels personalised and when you ask them for something you feel heard and well advised. If I find myself looking for a house again I wouldn't doubt for a second to ask for their services.

We have had a fantastic experience with Lexington’s. Aleksandra was really professional, warm and helpful throughout the entire experience, from viewing the property all the way up to our first month living there, ensuring we were settled in. As a whole, the company seems very organised and efficient, which was a welcome contrast to our experience with other London-based estate agents. I would definitely recommend their services!

Alexsandra was a pleasure to work with! She showed up on time to the viewing and answered every question we had throughout the entire leasing process. She was extremely professional from beginning to end. Being from out of the country we were nervous about the leasing process in the UK, but Lexingtons and our landlord were able to work with us. I would recommend Lexingtons if you are moving to London from out of the country. We really love the flat. It was extremely clean when we viewed it and have not had any issues with it since moving in. Lexingtons only lists quality places!
