GoogleAndrea was incredibly helpful from the very start until my daughter moved out yesterday. He tailored the lease so that the girls, untol the end of their exams, weren't paying the rent for 12 months, which is usually the trick that most agents try to maximise rent.
It was the first time living out along for my daughter ( she was studying locally at university) but Andrea was only a phone call away, dealing with key dramas and other issues calmly and reassuringly.
The girls had a great time in the flat...the flat was clean and tidy when they moved in and Andrea was kind enough to organise a professional clean ( obviously paid for by ourselves ) which gave the girls more time to enjoy their last days at university.
Would have no hesitation in recommendation Andrea and in fact i have passed on his number to a few people already.
Thank you Andrea

GoogleI worked with Andrea for almost 6 months in order to find the perfect flat for me in London. Even though the housing market is quite chaotic, Andrea made the entire process exceptionally easy.
He made sure to understand all of our wants and needs and suggested countless options before we found the one we loved the most. Andrea even helped us throughout the application process as well as the move in!
There are no words to describe Andrea's professionalism, kindness, and quality of services. He is definitely an one-of-a-kind agent in London, and I truly cannot recommend him enough.

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Andrea, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided. From start to finish, Andrea made the process of finding an apartment in London an absolute breeze.
I was particularly impressed with his ability to understand my needs and preferences right from our first conversation. Despite the challenges of the London rental market, he managed to find me an apartment that perfectly matched my criteria, great location, value for money, and within my budget.
Andrea was forthcoming and always available to answer any questions! He provided invaluable insights about the local market, helping me make informed decisions every step of the way and all this without me being present in London. The attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I was satisfied with my choice was truly commendable.
Thanks to Andrea, I’m now living in a fantastic apartment that I love. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a stress-free and successful apartment search in London!

GoogleWe had an excellent renting experience with KMIAI Properties - Andrea was the best landlord that we had in London so far (after changing three flats). Andrea was always very responsive and quickly reacted to any small issues or requests that we had. He cared a lot about our comfort in the flat which rarely happens to tenants in London. The flat was lovely and very cosy. Due to personal circumstances, we had to move out but we will definitely miss this property and we highly recommend Andrea and KMIAI Properties as a landlord!

GoogleI was looking for renting a place in central London and came across a property that was managed by KMIAI. Andrea was the agent that contacted me. He was very professional and competent, showed me around every corner of the property and answered all the questions I raised via video call. He knew I was in a hurry, so he helped me with my offer and even contacted the landlord and did the paperwork over the weekend, although unfortunately due to my personal reason I did not end up renting from KMIAI. Tbh Andrea is the most responsible property agent I ever met, and I couldn't have wished for a better agent than Andrea or a better agency than KMIAI.

GoogleAndrea provided an absolutely phenomenal letting agent service. He was always quick to get repairs sorted and answer questions, and he treats tenants very fairly. Andrea worked with me to get a flat ready while I was outside the UK, and when I needed to vacate early he worked with me to get everything in order. Thank you so much!

GoogleKMIAI found a tenant for our property and were consummately professional about the transaction and all the associated practical issues. Andrea is great to deal with: proactive, well informed and helpful. Unexpected issues arose in the property and he simply launched into dealing with them himself, shielding us from the complexities and time of having to resolve them. I thoroughly recommend him for his professionalism, approachability and hard work.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI will briefly state our experience with KMIAI. They picked the perfect property (as regarding to size, condition and most importantly location and rental budget) from the very first moment it was published. Within less than 24 hours they visited (actually first among other candidates) and booked it (they paid a week's rent for booking themselves). Then they guided us step by step with every single required formality to finalise the deal. Therefore our overall experience is nothing less than best.
For a foreigner seeking accommodation in London KMIAI is just the best choice, to us the ONLY choice.

He was extremely accessable, friendly, kind, and knowledgable and went above and beyond to help us understand how renting works in the UK. He worked tirelessly for quite a few months in order to get our son a great place as well as at a great price. We could not be more happy. He is a wonderful person and great at his job.
