Horrible mismanagement by KFH Block Management. KFH manages my block at Regency Heights. I would especially call out Michael and Lauren from KFH Block Management who have displayed utter incompetence and unprofessionalism The story goes that KFH changed the Parking control in my block. They did not transfer information regarding the Parking spot owners to the new company and dumped the responsibility on to the residents. And how did they inform the residents - A couple of lines buried in the a 10 page monthly update. Many many residents missed it.I received 4 tickets for a parking spot I own (not rented). I complained and they blamed me. Finally they decided to cancel two tickets out of a whim. I protested but gave up and paid.But others faced the same and everyone complained. They were forced to rescind all tickets. This is when I asked them to process a refund for the ticket I paid. Michael and Lauren refused to take ownership and asked me to chase the parking company. After a lot of protest, I called Michael where on phone he gave me assurance that he will take care of it. Two months passed and nothing happened. When I followed up on email, Michael denied ever assuring me of "taking care of it."Utterly frustrated with this conduct. I also asked for a complaints process and it's been more than a week and I am yet to hear back from them.Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

KFH have been responsible for our block management for over a decade now and as the cost has continued to increase, the quality of service has continued to go down. So few repairs have been made to the building over the last decade that we've become the target of homeless people constantly breaking and entering as they know they can get away with it. KFH rarely responds to emails about these issues and when they do fixes are slow to come by. This is all coupled with the fact KFH still haven't addressed our cladding issues after several years. We've not even had an update from them on it in over 10 months.I'm amazed what they do is legal.

Overall a positive interaction. The property that I wanted became available and I was contacted right away which was nice. I did not enjoy the fact that I was being pressured all the time to make a decision and do everything asap (it did stop after mentioning it). Also I felt that once I showed 100% commitment things have changed and things I enquired about were not treated seriously. Also for the previous potential buyers a bottle of champagne (when they thought the sale will go ahead) was left on the table but for us nothing, not even a note. It’s the small gestures that create loyal customers.

I was given reliable advice and information, in how to move forward with the sale of my property, at all times. GoogleSam Buckland recently assisted us to secure our tenancy agreement. At a really bad time in the market we were really at a low point in our search for a flat. I cannot champion working with Sam enough. His professionalism, constant communication and genuine nature made us feel completely at ease throughout the whole process. From looking for a flat within our requirements, to putting in an offer and negotiating our tenancy agreement. He was on our team. Highly recommend working with Sam and the KFH team.

GoogleTerrible experience! The agent (Nye) didn't attend the viewing after agreeing on time. Luckily the tenant was so kind to show me around. We put in an offer that they REFUSED to share with the owner. They asked for our bank details before they could present the offer. The whole thing felt really dodgy, and after calling back for an update, we were informed that it was too late and the flat was already gone. This is just such an unfortunate experience! I would not recommend this place!

GoogleUsed to be good. Now their staff either doesn't have the proper training or they have got lazy! For lettings, their agents need to take a more hands-on approach to managing the property instead of just passing it onto the landlord to sort out - otherwise what is their fee for (the landlords might as well manage the property on their own and the estate agents charge their extortionate fees as and when needed)!! Having been with this estate agent for years, their deterioration in service is evident over time. I would urge them to correct this.

Google5 star service from our letting agent Sam Buckwald at KFH. Friendly, professional, very communicative and a pleasure to deal with. But above all he got the job done and helped us secure our dream property, with a fair due process (ie. not inviting 50+ people for viewings to encourage outrageous bids) and at a reasonable cost given the market circumstances. We’ve since moved in and are very happy with the handover and the property is immaculate. I would 100% recommend working with them to find a home. The wider KFH team that aided us in the process were warm, welcoming and helpful. Overall an excellent experience. Thanks again!
