GoogleI had a disappointing experience with this agent. After expressing interest in the property, I was informed that the price had changed, which I found concerning and unexpected. I would advise future tenants to ensure all pricing details are clearly confirmed in writing before proceeding.

GoogleI wish there were zero or negative stars. It's a shame I gave this company one star. Think twice before renting a house from these people. Review all your options. If there is another way to find a house, do not go to this agency at all. Why? Because in the end you will regret it. They take your money with flattery and then you have to chase them. Finally, they take the deposit and send you a false list of damages to the building. They try to discourage you from pursuing your money with aggressive behavior. If for any reason you have to rent a house from this agency, write down all your conversations from the first day. Keep WhatsApp messages and emails in both Persian and English. Take a picture with the date on the first day of delivery and repeat this on the day of delivery. Instead of calling to report the damages, take a picture and ask in writing for them to take care of it. The money they took from you on the first day to sign the contract is also illegal. There are simple ways to get your money back, which I recommend you not to hesitate in any way and make sure you get your money back. The law is on your side. Also, read the office website to be aware of your rights as a tenant.
