My heating was not functioning after having been away for 1 month aboard. Emailed Dexters that evening and next day an engineer was sent over to fix the issue. Resolved the next day so cannot fault the service!

My rental went far from great. I reported the need for a kitchen repair and it never got resolved. It felt disrespectful. When they have the rent, that’s it. I won’t be using them again.

They have handled upgrade works and day-to-day maintenance to complete satisfaction, as well as move in/move out, rent collection and adherence to legislation.
