As first-time buyers previously missing out on properties to cash buyers, we had gone through the motions of dozens of viewings and offers. Dexters West Hamstead South has been very eager to find the best flat for me. Especially Scarlet was very committed and showed me around each flat while explaining there downsides and upsides. She showed me two properties that I would have loved to rent but unfortunately I coudn't due to me having to move in as soon as possible. Nevertheless, I am very thankful to know that there is somebody that tries to support you as best as they can during your search for a new home. Dexters Westhampstead South and in particular Scarlet was always there for me and I would definetly recommend contacting them first if you are looking for a lovely new home.

Worst experience with the agency

Worst experience with the agency, I decided to move out the apartment earlier because living conditions were unbearable. As such early tenancy move outs require a penalty, I was told by an agent a sum and that it is a fixed amount regardless if they will find a new tenant or I will, the total sum stays the same.Come to find out 2 months later that this in fact was not true and I could’ve saved almost 2K if I found a tenant myself. Agent was denying ever saying those terms to me to the point it was easier to pay the sum than start the negotiations with big agency. Would not recommend to use them or be very careful with every communication and have it crystal clear via emails.
